Description of Work: Sobella came to fix my refrigerator's temperature sensor. The only problem was the technician was careless: there was a lot of combination ice and frost in the freezer section, and instead of waiting for it to thaw, he started pounding on the frost and ice with a sharp object causing scratches on the inside back wall of the appliance. My husband suggested pouring hot water and it worked! If he had done that first it woukd not have caused the many scratches he created. The technician also was not careful in removing the cover to that area causing the rubberized seal to break and leaving a gap to where air can eacape.

Description of Work: The technician, Jose Martinez, called to say he was on his way, showed up on time, repaired the refrigerator, and did an outstanding job overall.

Description of Work: I contacted them before using because they were showing their address in El Paso, they assured me they had a branch very close to me in San Antonio so I sent the money to Angie's list but when the service was ordered they told me I was too far away from SA, only 30 minutes away so they would not come. I tried to get my money back from Angie's list and could not, this is a big thumbs down to Angies list as well. Regards, Steve

Description of Work: Every contact I had with the company they were very professional. The man who came out communicated clearly and helped me make the decision about replacing the dish washer or repairing it. The conversation was very helpful. I had a special deal for $39 for a diagnostic call.

Description of Work: My washer wouldn't start and this was FRIDAY the 16th of January morning. I looked up somebody on Angie's List and got Sobellas number. I called them and they came in the afternoon on the 16th. The technician analyzed the problem and it was a part on the bottom of the washer. They had to order it but he got the machine to work with small loads and I was able to wash my husband's work clothes. I thought it was going to be a over a week before they came and replace the part but on Tuesday they called me to see if I was home because they had received the part. The technician came and fixed it. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anybody with appliance trouble.

Description of Work: The provider gets a good score solely on the second tech from SoBellas, Paul M. The initial tech didn't solve our problem, which necessitated a second service call. Paul M. was fantastic and got our dishwasher up and running again in no time, and was great about giving upkeep tips to combat hard water, and general maintenance.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at the stove top to determine what was wrong. They did a wonderful job!

Description of Work: They cleaned out the internal part of one of my gas burners on my stove. I felt a little foolish that I hadn't been able to do it, but they did it and now my stove works like it used to!

Description of Work: Paul worked with me for several weeks as we searched to isolate the problem with the temperature of the refrigerator. Initially, he replaced the relay cap start device to the compressor as the housing cover was very hot when the unit was running. Eventually, he had to replace the thermostat and wire along with the door switch as the unit would occasionally stop cooling. It has been nearly six weeks since his last visit and the refrigerator has been working with no temperature issues. Paul was a pleasure to work with as he was more than willing to explain each step of what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Sobellas for any appliance problem that you may encounter.
