My experience with Smith and Ramirez was excellent. They contacted me right away. Because the weather at that time they were a little bit behind, but they were always in communication with me, as soon as they started they work fast and neat. Until now and after raining haven't had any problems with my roof. Their employees are very respectful. They made sure to dont leave any trash behind before to end the job. I highly recommend this company and I will hire them again if needed.

They recommended and installed an IB roofing system for my flat roof that is just inpenetrable and long lasting. Alex's customer service is second to none. Also his knowledge of how to explain the damage and solution to my insurance company made all the difference after they were trying to decline my claim from a quick look on the roof. Alex did a thorough investigation of my roof and the cause of the 6 leaks that had sprung open during a rain storm and was able to prove to my adjuster what they had missed. They approved the claim and Alex and his crew did a fantastic job installing the roof. Timely, knowledgeable, professional. I highly recommend Smith & Ramirez Roofing.

Alex and his team did a great job. Alex spoke with my insurance adjuster and I was able to get a lot more done thanks to him. My only complaint is the workers did leave a mess. When Alex came to do the inspection, he did call them to come and clean up. I definitely recommend them for any roof repair.

Alex was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I like their presentation and the handouts/booklet provided were fabulous. The booklet was a major decision maker in selecting this company. They seemed to go out of their way for your business. Alex was available at all times and kept me informed of every step from trash bin delivery to pu, to Karla the coordinator making final arrangements to workers starting and finishing product. Only recommendation is to advise people it s more than likely to take two days vice one because I only made kennel reservations for first day. But overall, totally satisfied with product.

I received several estimates from area roofers, but Mr. Nate Zeke with Smith and Rameriz stood out from other estimators, by not only demonstrating roofing expertise, but also an in depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures. In addition, he expressed a sincere interest in meeting any concerns that I had with the project. I might add that my insurance company, USAA, was very cooperative and responsive with my claim.

I knew that finding an experienced metal roof installer would be problematic in El Paso, Texas, as I researched the feasibility of a metal roof for my residence eight years ago. The composite shingle installed at that time was subject to frequent wind damage. This is why I opted for a metal roof. Smith & Ramirez Roofing demonstrated some experience in metal installation, and appeared to have the core competencies needed to complete the job. Any reservation I may have had in hiring them were quickly removed as the installation progressed meticulously and according to Mueller Roofing guidelines. Their installation crews were prompt, courteous, and professional. Mr. Alec Ramirez coordinated the entire process never failing to apprise me of accomplishments and upcoming milestones. I would recommend Smith & Ramirez Roofing as metal roof installation professionals.

Paul and his crew did an amazing job. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process of how the old, non-functioning gutters would be replaced with seamless ones. Crew came, removed, kept the job site clean, and installed new seamless gutters. I will certainly be making recommendations!!
