They did clear out the drains but the fellow wanted to sell us overpriced drain cleaner and he didn't do the last part of the job cleaning out the system from the sink to the main pipe. I called about it and they were going to send him out again but I didn't want to have to stick around for hours because you have to be there within a certain time frame.

Their service was good. I had no problems. They came promptly and gave us good advice. They fixed the problem. I have no complaints against them. We had an under foundation leak which we didn't realize and thought that we had a leak in the wall. We called Roto Rooter to take a look at it. The guy listened to it and said that it wasn't in the wall, just by listening to it. He knew it was not in the wall and said it was the foundation leak. He asked us to call the leak detection service because they'll know where it is and then we can fix the problem. So we had to do that and they came out. Roto Rooter then came and fixed it after that. That is what gave us the emphasis to go ahead and remodel our bathroom because they had to dig up the foundation. Their price was about average for our area. I think a $1000 is a lot of money but we actually ended up being reimbursed by our home owners insurance. We have a year's guarantee on it. It's only been two or three months and we haven't had recur, so I'm hoping that their quality of work is good. They were very thorough and it was a tuff job. My husband thinks it was a good job. They seemed to know what they were doing and we couldn't have done it. The guy came out and he knew immediately that it was not in the wall just by listening to it and that for me was pretty good. We've used them before.

Work was professionally completed. The price OUTRAGEOUS- $185.00 an hour.

They did an excellent job. They got it done in a timely manner. They got everything working the way it's supposed to be.

I found them on the Internet. I did read about them before I called them though. They were out on Saturday and Tuesday. I thought it was good price for what was done. They had to break concrete and all that, so I thought it was pretty fair. The interaction overall was pretty good. I called them on Thursday and they said the soonest they could have someone out was Saturday between 1 and 3. They called at 12.45 and they were here at 1. When he came in, he didn't have the equipment to do the full repair right then plus the lines were still frozen, but he put a bib onto the line from the city so we could at least have some running water somewhere in the house. He came back out on Tuesday. He was here first thing in the morning and then he did the repairs. He was done by about 1 o'clock. They were pretty responsive. I liked the guy that came out. His name was Jesus. I would recommend them.

I use them because all of the guys are very professional. They come in, and they're very clean. I had an earlier plumbing company with dirty guys with tattoos and long hair. I didn't feel comfortable having them in the house with me. These guys are always clean, efficient, polite, and professional. They might not be the cheapest ones in the town, but I prefer to have a company that I can trust.

I spent about $100 on that service. I like that they come out fast and are very fast. They are very professional in that particular field and I am very pleased with them.

It took about ten minutes, however he needed to do it over again because it kept on dripping. He spent thirty minutes sitting on the tailgate of his truck drinking soda an looking up into the sky. The price was $250 for a ten minute job. Not acceptable.

My laundry room drain had been clogged for about a month, then my kitchen sink began to drain slowly, I finally decided to call someone when my garbage disposal gave out. I work during the week so the only appointment date that would work for me was on a Saturday. The employee was super nice and came in to give me an estimate on Saturday, unfortunately he wasn't able to do any of the work until Tuesday or Wednesday - I was disappointed but stuck with them because he was so professional an assured me it would be done right. Tuesday came along and my new garbage disposal was installed in no time, my pipes were snaked out for about an hour when the employee told me that there was some sludge in them and that some sort of hydro flush needed to be done in order to break thru the sludge. I agreed and was rescheduled for the flush on Thursday. The employees were able to get to my water line from outside and completed the work while I was at work - thank goodness. All and all the work was done right and I have no complaints.

Very well. A previous plumber had diagnosed the problem, but said the only solution was to install an entirely new (and different color) faucet. We were not happy about potentially changing the color of all our bathroom faucet handles. We were pleased with the second plumber's improvisation. No sign of a leak after two months.

I made an appointment online at night. The time frame was between 8:00 AM and noon. At 7:45 AM I got a call that they were on their way. The original quote for the drain clearing was $110 or so. It turned out to be a bigger job than simply snaking the drain. The drain had to be accessed through the clean-out in the back yard, and the pvc pipe underneath the sink also leaked. In the process of repairing the leak, the old pipes broke, resulting in more extensive replacement. The work was finished in about 1 hr and 45 minutes. I don't know if the price is right, but the work is completed, the plumber was prompt, efficient and tidy, and everything is guaranteed for 120 days.
