I have contacted Roger Romeo Roofing Co. in mid december of 2011 to get estimate for roof repair/replacement and ceiling repair. He came as scheduled, next day I had estimate in via email. After few weeks, I decided to go with Mr. Romeo, Roof was replaced in time frame as we agreed. Approximately 1-2 later I had painters come to repair ceiling drywall.They were on time and did really good job(time and quality). Over all I can say , they were on time, good communication, no money upfront, professional etiquette,clean up after work. I had really good experience with this company. I would recommend them.

I liked the fact that they did the work they said they were going to do and showed up when they said they would. There were no surprises as far as the work was concerned. They were very professional and clean. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Most of my roof was of clay tile but I had a flat portion that was leaking and he fixed that. I am waiting for it to rain as I would know when it rains. I did not look up there because I was not comfortable getting up on the ladder but my husband said that it looked fine. I got a quote from someone else and that person was going to do exactly the same things that Mr. Romero was going to do but Mr. Romero was a lot cheaper. I know that he spoke to my husband. They had to put an extra sleeve. They had to take it down, do the roof and put it back up as it was in a very bad shape. They did that and I was very happy with them but it would not be a genuine proof until it rains. His work was very cheap and so, I am not very concerned. I liked Mr. Romero as he was very pleasant to work with. His price was excellent. My husband said that the job was done fine.

Mr. Romero submitted a very competitively priced, detailed and professional bid to replace my roof. I got about 7 estimates from the most reputable contractors in town (based on Angies list scores, BBB ratings, and time in business). Out of all of them Romero's roofing came in 2nd place. Romero roofing should be on your list of contractors if you are considering a roof repair or replacement. The deciding factor was that his competitor was a member of the BBB and he was not. Other than that they were pretty much equal. For prompt professional service, I would recommend Romero. I'll let you all know how the company that was awarded the job did when they finish the job.

Some time ago Roger and his crew had done a great job of re-sealing the flat portion of our roof; but now the pitched and tiled area had developed some leaks. Also water had come in through a window during a particularly hard rain storm . They repaired the roof area and re-sealed the windows and exterior doors on the upper level of our house and re-painted the trim.

I was very happy with him. I had a great experience with him. I found him on Angie’s List. He did exactly what he said he would do and he was punctual. I will use his services in the future.

My husband and I were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Mr. Romero and his crew. The crew was punctual, and the work was diligently completed in two days. When we asked for a walk thru of the work after it was completed, Mr. Romero readily agreed. There were two minor things that needed to be addressed: a crack tile and a little painting; however, it was taken care of exactly when Mr. Romero said it would be. I highly recommend Roger Romero Roofing. The price was reasonable, and we especially appreciated the before and after photos of the repairs/maintenance work that were emailed to us. It facilitated the walk thru of the roof. In addition, the crew came prepared with their own portajon.

Prior to beginning the project, Mr. Romero explained in detail how the work would be done and the material that would be used. His workers arrived about 30 minutes later than expected but immediately began to work. They were careful not to damage any foliage and were particularly mindful that our two small dogs stayed in the yard. Additionally, Mr. Romero provided before, during and after photos of the owrk performed. The end result looks great!

I left a message with the company, but they didn't call me back.

They hauled everything away for us. We had some drain pipes that were causing leaks and he?s been out three times to help us even though it has nothing to do with his work. He has gone above and beyond what we paid him to do. It takes him a couple of days to get back to me. They gave us an estimate for another building recently and we will probably use them.

I wish I could have hired him. I would recommend him and his company without reservation to anyone needing a good reliable roofer.
