I paid $588 for a complete hydro jet cleaning of my sewer line after a severe clog close to the city sewer main. The team came out the next morning, even squeezed me in early and were super courteous and professional while explaining the process and charges. Best part, the plumber was unable to fix the clog with a regular drain auger and after several attempts, I was charged nothing because it didn’t solve the problem. He recommended the next step would be to hydro jet the sewer line. He went back to their office, grabbed some extra manpower, and came back and got the job done. All of this took about three hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided and not to mention their 60 day warranty.

Knowledgeable plumber with good customer service skills once here. Did not over sell me on any service and listened well to my troubleshooting steps to reach a fast intervention. Education also provided. Decent price for coming fast on a Saturday morning but still pretty pricy and the only reason I did not give 5 stars across is the price was a bit high. Not ridiculous but not a great deal or anything like that. Thank you guys.

I have used this company for water heater installation, plumbing repair under my slab and did some other minor plumbing repairs. Theyâ  ve done an excellent job, courtesy professionalism, reasonable prices and quick service normally the same day. The office staff extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good solid company to do their work

A professional company with knowledgeable plumbers. The plumber, Dan, really knew his stuff. He helped me make the best decision about what services/repairs/replacements I needed. I will use them again when I need to hire a plumber for my home. Bottom line is that the company does what it says it will. I highly recommend this company.

Super Company

They were professional and took care of the leak within 45 minutes. I will use them again.

Initially I called to have them find a leak in my plumbing. The Mr Rooter tech came out and utilized Electronic devices, traced and marked the plumbing layout, and then proceeded to isolate the leak. He used a hfigh tech listening device to listen for water movement thru the pipes. He found the problem and showed me. Fortunately it was not a leak under the foundation, but a leak at one of the commodes. I had Mr Rooter rake care of the leak and the indicator on the water meter stop spinning. I also had Mr rooter replace a sink and fixtures at the same time. They were very Professional and cleaned up after. Thanks Larry, Gabe and Jose. Honest and worth the Call!
