The technician,Cesar Vargas, who performed the work in our home did a great job. He replaced the kitchen faucet and replaced The shut off valves under the sink. In addition, he replaced the drain plumbing and sink baskets. Great job by Mr. Rooter.

The young man was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue was the cost (he has no input with that). I m retired so funds are always a concern. Besides MY issue with the cost....would most certainly use them again w/o hesitation.

Ivan came out on a Saturday and gave me a quote for 3 small plumbing jobs. Three other plumbers had looked at this work but never followed through with a quote. Ivan's price was a little high, but then I asked him when he could do the work. He responded, "Right now." That sold me. Ivan worked all day and finished up not three, but four small nuance plumbing jobs. Again, he was a little pricey but the quality of work was supurb. Next time, I will call Ivan first.

Danny came in and found the issues we had with our drainage system for a long time and got them all cleared using his camera equipment, highly recommended!!
