I was told I would get a free estimate on the inspection. They blamed it on a new employee that took my call, and they said that she was not familiar with their services. My project was time sensitive and either I paid or lost out on having an inspection done before the purchase of that house, I was assured that the fee would go towards any work needed, They then said it could only be applied towards the costly job. No, I do not recommend this company.

Small project, replacing an outdoor faucet. They were there on time, assessed, explained what would be done, and did it!

The Tech Ardrian was courteous and professional while performing the work. It did not take that long and he cleaned up the work site. I will use Mr Rooter again when I need their expertise.

Our kitchen drain leak escalated to replacement of the entire drain line from back of the house to the street sewer line! Danny and his crew were very good at explaining why each additional length of pipe was required (including showing video of the pipe interior and the actual deteriorated pipes on removal (50 year old cast iron drain pipes for the most part).

The guys was so nice, helpful, and informative.
