Mattress Firm

The mattress and pillows were delivered the next day.  We were told the sheets were back ordered and we would be contacted when they came in.  (Note: this mattress uses 2 extra deep, long twin bottom fitted sheets with a king top sheet.  If normal twin bottom sheets are used, they are not long/deep enough and pop off when the bed moves.)
we called in the first week of July, were told the sheets were still back ordered and we would be contacted when they came in.  We called again on 7/23 and were told the sheets were in, we would have to come to the warehouse to pick up.  I went to the North Desert/Redd R. location on 7/25 and went into the front show room.  A sales rep was arranging a sale. I waited for him to be complete.  He asked me if I was there to pick up something. I told him yes.  He said I would have to go around to the loading dock area in the back.  I asked if that were true even for a set of sheets.  He brusquely replied, yes.  He was not polite.  I told the customer in the showroom not to order sheets from them, since I had been waiting for 3 months.
I went to the back of the warehouse where another surly employee examined my receipt without a greeting, pulled the sheets off a shelf, showed me the label and told me to sign the receipt.  I noted on the receipt that the sheets had taken 3 months to arrive.
A phone call, some common courtesy and an apology for the length of time required to receive the sheets would have gone a long way.
I received none of the above.  I posted this information to the company Facebook page. The posting was removed with no comment or attempt to contact me.
