Friendly and answered questions about work ,would hire again. Price seemed to be reasonable, first time had this kind of work done was not sure about what should be charged. The main thing was the leek was repaired before any water fell from the sky. Felix was beyond helpful from the very start. He thoroughly explained the whole process to me before he started anything. I needed the roof repaired on a rental property of mine and since I don't live nearby, I had some concerns about hiring an honest contractor. He made sure to take a lot of pictures as he was getting his estimate so I could see the damage for myself. As soon as he received my check, he repaired the roof and sent pictures of the repairs. I liked the way Mr. Felix explained all the process being done and even took pictures of the before and after of my roof so that I could be aware of what was needed and was then done. Very efficient and fast. I own a house, but is currently rented. Even thou I was in different state, the process to get the contract was not bad at all. He gave a clear, detail description of damages and Mr Felix was the only contractor that took the initiative to sent me pictures showing before and after. It hasn't rain yet and I have not been able to validate the repairs, otherwise I would rate this company 5 stars.

The work was done with an eye for detail and excellence. They made improvements to the existing roof that even the insurance adjuster had missed. We received good quality for the money. I can recommend this company with confidence.

The job was done in a very professional way, this guys are good and fast and the most important thing was that it fit my budget.
