They were friendly, answered my questions and they spoke in terms that I understood. They were very polite.

It was a good experience from the very beginning, the adjuster (Oscar) was very professional) and he was on time and very knowledgeable. From the time he showed up and the work was completed it was within the hour.

I called because I arrived home late Friday to discover my AC was not working. Called because they have emergency service. Answering service made sure I knew that there was a $112 per hour charge then gave my name and number to the on-call guy. He called back in a reasonable time frame and told me how many calls were in front of me. He told me, quite reasonably, that he could not say when he would be here but that he would be here today.It took about 5 hours before he arrived. When he came, he was wearing a uniform, was clean/neat, and acted very professionally. He was personable and very courteous, making sure he had clean shoes before he came in. He changed the filter on my unit and gave me some useful advice on how frequently it should be changed since I have pets.After changing the filter he checked to see if that solved the problem. When it did not, he went on my roof to check that part of the system. He came down and explained that the problem was the condenser motor needed a new part so it would start correctly. He did not have the part and could not get it because it was a Saturday. When I wanted to schedule the return to change the part he could not do that. Apparently only the "girls in the office" can do that.I would have given them a higher rating for quality, price, and overall if they had been able to fix the problem and for quality if he had been able to schedule the return trip. I find it slightly annoying that an AC business that has emergency hours really only has emergency diagnosis hours and even more annoying that there is no way to schedule a followup appointment.

Kings Aire quickly responded to my request for an estimate. We easily agreed on price and schedule. K.A. arrived on time and completed their work accordingly. It was a good experience!

Kings Aire installed an whole house heating and air conditioning unit. They sold us a very efficient unit, our bills have not been bad. We have not had any problems with it. They did a good job and we are happy with the service provided.

They are a very good company; very professional. I would highly recommend them. They installed a humidifier for me. There was a small problem with it but they kept at it until it was right. I spent around $1500, but purchased the top of the line Honeywell steam-type humidifier. I felt it was a good price for what I wanted. They were neatly dressed with ironed shirts, very professional. They have a good reputation in El Paso.

I had hears that the knock on King's Aire was that they were expensive. However, after getting several other estimates, King's Aire was actually the lowest quote I received (I wanted a Trane system). The salesman, Angel, was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. The project was supposed to take 3 days, but ended up taking about 5. That was fine as I wanted to make sure everything was done right. So far the AC and heater have been working great and they did everything I asked them to do.

Very prompt, explained problem, gave price and did work in same visit

Kingsaire came to the house and gave an estimate on a new Trane downdraft home heater. We got another estimate the next day and it was more than Kingsaire. We accepted the estimate and scheduled work to begin less than a week later. Two men showed up around 0800 and went right to work. They were quietly professional and worked to take out the old heater and install the new one. Around 1200 two additional men came to help. Since we had turned off the gas with the gas company they couldn't turn on the heater and program it. We scheduled the gas company to come out and turn on the gas (the city inspector came the same day and inspected the work) and Kingsaire came out the next day and set up the heater. They vacumed out the ducts, cleaned out the closet where the heater is, replaced the thermostat with a new digital programmable one, replaced gas connection and removed the old heater while cleaning up everything! When we received the original estimate we also contracted Kingsaire on a yearly basis to come turn on and turn off our airconditioners.

Overall it took a long time to get a quote that did not take into account my wishes.

They diagnosed, said the pump was bad, showed me the old one and the new one and installed the new one on the spot. They were friendly and informative.

The last time I used KingsAire was in May 2011, I called to have them turn on my A/C and shut down my furnaces. They scheduled
me in within a week of my call. They did a general check-up of my evaporitive cooler and my furnaces. They always do a thorough check on all equipment and do minor repairs as part of my maintenance agreement with them. I pay $190 a year and they come and inspect and turn/off my 2 coolers and 2 furnaces in the spring and fall.

I have continued this agreement with them for the past 3 years and they have always been courteous, punctual and professional.

The man arrived on time, was very professional in his demeanor, and finished the job within an hour.

They have a policy to charge an amount, I think $85 just to come out an look. We called them and they came out and told us the cost to repair would be $450. They said this without doing much checking. We said we did not want to do it. We called another company and they fixed the problem for $50. I did not want to pay the $85 because I thought we got nothing for it. We did not get an honest estimate and they were totally wrong on what they projeced as the cause. I eventually was hounded into paying half the cost of the visit, but it was payment for no value received. I would never use them again.

I have been using them for over 20 years and will go no where else. They have 24/7 service. This year I had to get a new air conditioner. The representative came to the house and we discussed what type and size. The service men who installed it were on time and professional. They even finished in less time than anticipated. Last year, I needed a new furnace because of the age and monoxide discharge. This was found during the change from summer to winter. The new furnace was installed promptly and professionally. Again, I only use King's Aire.

We started with a consultation/estimate and were given a lot of options, with no pressure to "upgrade" to a system that we didn't need which was nice! We replaced old MasterCools that just weren't cooling well and continually leaking, and the estimate reflected the total and final amount, which is key because you don't have to worry about surprise costs coming out of nowhere. Over the course of more than a week, the work crew was prompt, courteous, and kept things organized and clean. If you are lucky enough to get Marcelino as your installer, you will be well served!

They called prior to arriving for their first appointment, ascertained what the problem was, and tried to find the correct fan motor for my "dinasaur" furnace. Nothing was available in El Paso, so they had to order the part. It took a little less than a week and as soon as the part came in, they called and made an appointment to install it. Called prior to arrival to confirm, and were there on time. Installed the fan motor. Most of my expense was for the part and shipping. Overall, I have been very impressed with Kings Aire's technicians professionalism and courtesy.

The A/C unit was installed in March 2010. The serviceman came to perform scheduled check on the equipment. A defective valve was noted and was replaced. The a/c is under warranty so there was no charge. I have been a customer of Kingsaire for over 14years. They serviced my cooler for 13 years and then installed my a/c unit last year. The work performed by this company is always excellent and the prices are reasonable. They a re a very reliable company.

This is the last company I ever expected to use; I do not trust companies that have contracts with the government. Well I did my research and ound out what qualificatons and training are industry specific and it turned out they had them all. Because of my job I do not get home much so a lot of the initial bids were back and forth trhough email. When I got home, they came out and explained what was going to happen, etc. My girlfriend was home when they came to do the work, which took 3 days. She said she was happy so that's what I am going off. Only thing I see wrong is when the city inspector came out to check out the work there was not a company rep on site.

Excellent service. They called before they came and were within ten minutes of their ETA. Very professional.
