"This is very interesting.... I just checked our records we have been to this residence only once. Provided the Customer with an Estimate and the job was completed on 3/29/2016. After that we provided the Customer with another Estimate for repairs on 2/22/2018, however they never contacted us todo the repairs. The above review written/submitted on 01/03/2019, states that we provided service a second time and that it was completed on 06/03/2019! I just checked my calendar and today is 01/11/2019, so I am a bit confused by this review. Perhaps the dates are wrong and it also appears she has Jeff's Westside Plumbing, LLC confused with another company, because as I stated we have only provided service to the residence one time which was in 2016!!!"

I chose to use Jeff's Westside Plumbing after learning the plumbing company I had used for many years had gone out of business. I was a little nervous about having to use someone "new". The office personnel were very polite and helpful, the repairmen arrived right on time after the office called 15-minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. The two men were also polite and professional. We ran into a problem just as they were about to finish the installation as a part was missing from the kit I had purchased from a local home supplies center. They immediately offered to come back the next day, a Saturday, after I had resolved the missing part problem. After they left, I went immediately to exchange the faulty kit, called the office the next morning, and they sent the same repair guys out that morning. The new faucet was installed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and gave me my bill. I was able to call the office with my credit card information so all was taken care of that day. I love my new faucet, and I've found my new plumbers!

I had a leak in my garage. I had called another plumber previously on the matter. That plumber couldn't figure out where the leak was and wanted to tear up the wall to find out. When I noticed there was water coming from inside the refrigeration unit, he insisted that it was too much water to be condensation. I decided to call these guys for a second opinion. It turned out that it was a clog of the condensation pipe. A very minor problem that required about 15 minutes to fix (not to mention no tearing up the wall). I highly recommend these guys. Professional, prompt, and honest.

Jeff's Westside Plumbing agreed to come over on Monday (which was a holiday) as soon as we called, and got to work determining the extent of the damage and the work to be done. As the situation was complicated by the fact that a filled-in pool remained underground, the fix would not be simple. The supervisor joined them on the same day, to make the full estimate. They started the work on Tuesday and completed it on Wednesday, so that the gas company could restore our service Wednesday evening. Everyone was professional, thorough, and hardworking (this was a huge job). They returned the next morning to fill in the dirt and do final sealing of several areas. The bill matched the estimate, exactly. We were very pleased with the timeliness, work, and value of their service.

"We have no record of this in our system. We were at this person's residence March 28, 2013. We picked up the Water Heater the Owner had purchased from Lowe's. That was over 3 years ago, So I am not sure what this May 2016 is about. We have a system in place to check all of our calls and there is NO record of her accusation. If we picked up the Water Heater in 2013 that the Owner purchased, it would not have been our fault that the wrong Water Heater was installed. We buy our Water Heaters from our Vendor's and have them in stock at our office. She either has us confused with someone else or this is a fabrication."
