El Paso Door Company
About us
In 1947, the original founder of El Paso Door Co., Ted A. Garcia, was an installer of garage doors. In 1979, Mr. Garcia and his son Arthur R. Garcia decided to go into business together installing and repairing garage doors and garage door openers. They named the business RAP-SER - Rapid Service - in Las Cruces, New Mexico. After a year in business together, they moved the business to El Paso, Texas and became El Paso Door Co. In 1999, Arthur R. Garcia incorporated the business as E.P.S.D. Inc. and became President. Still after 32 years as El Paso Door Co., Art Garcia prides himself on being locally owned and operated and on providing excellent service. Our philosophy has always been and still is: "Every job, small or large, we strive for Perfection and settle for nothing less than Excellence."

Bought an eight year old house 10 years ago and the garage door was always extremely noisy. Never knew that there was such a thing as a door tune-up until I saw the EP Door Company ad on Angie's List and set it up. The serviceman (wish I could remember his name) came out on time, and within half an hour, my garage door was operating smooth and quietly. Not only did the serviceman perform an excellent job, he advised me how to properly lubricate, and gave me some advice on how to get the safety sensors out of the sun.
Would definitely use this company again, and strongly recommend for others
Tech was on time, courteous and knowledgeable.
Very good service for the price.
I'm very happy with my new door and the ease of use. I think its great that they installed weather stripping on the sides to keep dust and dirt from entering as part of the installation. I paid in full upon completion of the installation. I did not have to pay anything up front.
I'm sure if you do not work and can sit at home all day, you would probably get reasonable service. I simply could not wait any longer and grew tired of hearing that the technician was only five minutes away, when that obviously wasn't the case.
"This case was brought to my attention, by Angie’s List, where I reviewed it with my staff. After talking with my staff, it was just quite a few mistakes made on our part (miscommunication with our employees) and a complete ‘domino effect’. We appreciate [member name removed] write up on Angie’s List, because we feel that this will make us a better company. We are constantly striving to become better and sometimes we drop the ball. [member name removed], I Art Garcia, apologize to you from our company, and if you ever need any other work from us, we will do a better job for you as far as scheduling. We have no excuse for our failure to servicing you on this particular job. Thank you for making us a better Company."

.I wished every company had thier WORK ETHICS!!!Completely satisfied customer.
