Went with another service with the company and had the deal refunded.

Bought an eight year old house 10 years ago and the garage door was always extremely noisy.  Never knew that there was such a thing as a door tune-up until I saw the EP Door Company ad on Angie's List and set it up.  The serviceman (wish I could remember his name) came out on time, and within half an hour, my garage door was operating smooth and quietly.  Not only did the serviceman perform an excellent job, he advised me how to properly lubricate, and gave me some advice on how to get the safety sensors out of the sun.

Would definitely use this company again, and strongly recommend for others

Matt (the repair guy) was GREAT!!!!  He explained everything thoroughly, showed us the broken parts, and did the repair with a minimum of disruption to our day.  I would gladly use them again, and recommend them highly.  (Get Matt if you can)

It went okay.  I thought it was expensive.  I got it done so I'm glad. 

After observing my garage doors, the gentleman advised that my doors were fine.  He complimented the motors for holding up for such a long time as they have been in the house since it was built.  Only one suggestion was made that I may need to replace of the springs.  Otherwise he indicated that if it isn't broke why mess with it.  I really appreciate his honesty and sincere concern for not wanting to pick at the motors and sell me a service I didn't need.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest assessment of their residential garage door system.

We contacted at 7pm on a Thursday because emergency services were listed in the business profile. We were informed they do not offer emergency services.

Installation was prompt and finished in timeframe promised.

The experience was a very good one. Everything was handled telephonically; the contractor delivered on his promise and I am totally satisfied with their performance.

I called on a Friday to the main office and they were able to install it the following Monday.  My only slight complaint is that the attendant on the phone was hasty to schedule me for installation before knowing exactly what I wanted.  However after I slowed her down and asked that some technicians view the threshold before continuing we were able to get everything settled.   It turned out I just needed to provide a power cord.  The installers were about an hour late as expected from reading previous reviews.  However they were able to install everything in one afternoon (1pm to 5:30pm).  They demonstrated how the door and garage door opener worked but did not program the remote built into my car because they said they would have to charge extra.  I consider that fair since it might take some time.  They were not able to take my old large one piece door with them that same afternoon because they had some expensive equipment in the back of the truck they did not want to damage.  However they promised to pick it up the following day a 7am and did so as promised.  
I'm very happy with my new door and the ease of use.  I think its great that they installed weather stripping on the sides to keep dust and dirt from entering as part of the installation.  I paid in full upon completion of the installation.  I did not have to pay anything up front.

After reading reviews, I decided to choose El Paso Door. A representative  came out within an hour to diagnose  my problem. Since my garage door was over 50  years old, I decided to replace it, as well as, the opener. The price was agreed upon and an appointment  was set up for two days later. The installation was done professionally and on time. As with all companies, the service after the sale will be telling. The work was done well, on time and for a reasonable price. I would recommend El Paso Door to friends and family.

I called, made an appointment, and received service within two days.  The technician who arrived didn't try to up-sell me and talked me down from going in the expensive direction that I thought I was heading towards.  The only reason I am giving a B rating for quality is that my garage door has started to act up in the last week or so.  I have yet to contact them to determine the cause of the issue, so I will update my review once I have taken that next step.

El Paso Door Co was great.  They were right on time and completed the entire job in about half a day with just one employee.  He showed us all the completed work before he left, cleaned up after himself, and even deducted the cost of the initial repairs from the cost of the new garage door.

They did a great job. Everything was explained to us. We were asked to give half of the amount which was used towards the purchase of the garage door. They notified us as soon as it arrived and set up an appointment immediately to install everything as planned. It was done in a timely manner. We would use them again. 

Bottom roller on my garage door needed to be replaced. I met with a representative on 4/1/2013 who quoted me a price and I agreed to the repair. Repair technician was supposed to be at my house between 9 a.m. and noon on 4/2/2013. I called several times and was told "he's just five minutes away." At 12:20, after missing a half day from work, I left without the door being repaired. 
I'm sure if you do not work and can sit at home all day, you would probably get reasonable service.  I simply could not wait any longer and grew tired of  hearing that the technician was only five minutes away, when that obviously wasn't the case.

The torsion spring broke Monday night so I called at 8 am Monday morning.  Gab came after lunch as promised and did the job quickly and efficiently.  He answered our questions and was very polite.

They were quick, plus gave me a loaner door  until the door I ordered

I found this company on Angie's list, read a few of the reviews (which were positive) and called them. They were able to come out to my home that day, assessed the problem and had technicians there when they said they would. They were prompt, reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

Called for estimate and repair of a broken torsion spring, the worker showed up on time, gave me a fair price and did the work.
Completely satisfied customer.
