Description of Work: I really liked the fact that Mr. Lugo helped us out with the emergency we had with our water heater. Him and his team were fast to fix the problem. My concern is the lack of written estimates that included all of the business information, license number, etc... We were sure of a price if the leak was close, but the cost was unknown if the leak was farther. I think we would have gotten the estimate, but I don't think we need to push for it. The paperwork is for insurance purposes, for warranties, for any reason needed and needs to be provided. Additionally, there were concerns from other plumbers indicating the job was not done correctly. But, I would need to educate myself more on what is required from the provider and what is not.

Description of Work: They fix or replaced the inside of the water tank, and order to be able to flash the toleit, and keep the water for running constantly.

Description of Work: All the bathroom and kitchen plumbing in the mother-in-law apartment had ruptured and had to be replaced. He brought in both crews to devote the time necessary for the large job. Waste water had to be removed, then the need lines brought in from the apartment to the main sewage line. The pipes from the sink, the bathtub, and the kitchen sink were inspected and replaced.

Description of Work: Very knowledgeable. Hard working and will work through until the job is done. Very nice man and works with cordial friendly coworkers. I would recommend them in a second and will use them if needed in the future. When you work as well as these folks do they deserve more work so call them.

Description of Work: My request was to have the drainlines cleaned, plus the sewer line and I recieved a discount for having done all four lines done. That was a plus for me because I do this as preventive maintenance. I've had other plumbers come and go and just that, GO! I won't call them again due to their unprofessionalism.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Lugo on wednesday to repair a broken pipe in the wall from the front facet to the garage. They repaired this promptly so I turned the water off and returned to my home. The next day, I returned to my neghibor's and turned the water on to see if there was any damage inside the house. All rooms were dry, but I could hear water running somewhere, so I went out the back door and found a leak in the back facet. I then called Mr. Lugo and he sent his crew back to repair the two leaks out there. Again, the work went very fast and professional.

Description of Work: I used 5 Points Plumbing last year for pluming. I had two which were not working. He looked at what was wrong and told me that these kind of commodes are not sold in a normal plumbing store is because it was a discontinued model. He fixed both the commodes and put new ones.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired a drain pipe in a public restroom with three stalls. They removed one toilet to make room for a handicapped stall and corrected another plumber's sloppy work on a urinal valve.

Description of Work: Mr. Lugo and his crew repaired both bathrooms, a furnace, and installed a new toilet in a fifty year old home with no problem or mess.
