Very good communications about the exact time he would be at our location. He worked very hard to clean the carpet in one of our rental houses that had seen some heavy traffic. It look a million times better now. Very fare cost and great work. This is the company you want to hire!

He was very reasonably priced and took great pride in his work. Even though he finished in a very timely manner, you could tell he did his best to get the carpets as clean as possible. After the work was completed we did a walk-through and he explained on the one area that was obviously used a lot that he went over it multiple times but because of the quality of the cheap carpet installed in the rental it is always harder to remove stains from those types of fibers. It still looked great, but just not brand new. He texted me the day before our appointment and also called to say when he was on his way. A very professional former military man that came all the way from the west side of El Paso but still gave us a very fair price; if you like to support small locally owned businesses then he fits the bill. I would highly recommend him to any others needing a good carpet cleaning. Additionally, he providing us with a significant military discount.
