Dave Hall and his team at All American Foundation Repair are very professional and give good sound advice on foundation repair. The warranty guarantees any work that has been done and Dave will back that up with a return service. He has repaired my sister’s foundation in Ft.Worth and after seeing a friend in Lewisville, Dave told her that she did not need any foundation repairs. Honesty above reproach!

did not back warranty, made every excuse. told me i need beter drainage ,so i had it done, then told me i needed rain gutters, so I added new ones, told me i needed sprinkler system, also had done. My wall on my garage side started leaning and seperating. called him out to see it he told me it was still level, but it was obvious it wasnt . called 3 other companies and they all said the same thing floor was dropped over 3 inches. so even after doing all the things i did he found another reason not not honor my warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

"When I first drove up to the customers home seven years ago from the street it was one of the worst foundations we have ever seen. The foundation was out almost ten inches and looked like the home was falling off the hill. Now when you drive up and walk up to the home the foundation looked good even after seven years. I have been back to this home several times over the years and every time we ask if they ever repaired the failed sewer line leak from July 8, 2014. Now after seven years with no report from customer of ever doing plumbing repairs the garage brick at the corner that was down ten inches before has separated at the top on one side only 1/2 of an inch. Last week at no charge to the customer we adjusted two piers on the corner of the garage and again ordered another plumbing test but do not at this time have the results. We have attached the failed sewer line test from seven years ago. Thank You! Dave H***"

Did not cover guarantee. Requested another quote to fix issues that arised after 6 years he did the repair. Never sent quote. His worker destroyed one of my side wing walls when he did a partial repair. He did a terrible job. Sent pictures to owner of the destroyed wall, he reacted with anger and disrespectfully, and wanted me to pay for the bad repair. Never covered guarantee. In his contract, the year term of the guarantee is not even stated. Owner does not care for customer satisfaction, only about making money .
Response from

"We did more adjustments after several plumbing leaks. The third time we did ajustments the charge was $1200 including adjusting wingwall again. We always had trouble coiiecting for repairs and customer never paid for the last repairs. We are not going to do more new work caused from another plumbing leak when customer still owes for last repair. The customer is so hard to work with that the franchises he owned forced him to sell them all back. Dave Hall"

This did not go as planed ..Buyer Be Ware!!! I always get several estimates for possibly expensive projects .. Dave came and did his “inspection” after showing me a video of what appeared to be an old public access Tv Commercial and extolling all the virtues and glory of who he’s worked for with a nifty notebook .. He then explained what “his” inspection showed and what he planed to do.. well at a cost of almost $9000 dollars I have to say that was a bit of a surprise .. But no worries Super Dave can fix it.. Then comes the pressure .. Sign now! We can start ASAP ! Don’t you see all I’ve done in My career ? I’ve moved buildings. So sign! Did I mention. If you Pay cash or check we give you 5% off .. you should sign! Look at all the letters in this notebook ! Sign ! Well needless to say I didn’t sign I got other estimate am glad I did 2 other Foundation company’s came and gave me the same estimate ..We can’t recommend any work you need ... we noticed that you’d had previous shim work done it looks good too and as for your sticking doors one turned out to be bent metal flashing the other too were minor and caused by slight rise due to the excessive rain we’ve had this year . Even had pictures from my crawl space to show where one beam had actually risen a slight bit above one spot of pervious shims .. Both recommendations was wait a bit for house to settle back down if I noticed any change at all they would both come back and re inspect .. So I leave you with this always get multiple estimates educate your self on the basics of what the repair could and should be,, and don’t ever Sign Now! If it’s quality work it’s not going to be be made better by Signing Noe.. Buyer Be Ware e mail me for the names of the other company’s Ps both company’s have been in foundation work as long as Dave! too..

"I gave a free bid only! When I arrived, you were in from out of town to visit your rental home. The only thing in the home was a blow-up mattress. I told you if signed up this week I could do the work before you left next Wednesday. You forgot to mention the other bid from Structured Foundation bid for $8,500.00 putting piers on the highest part of your home up front and the [Member Information Removed] down one side of the garage, but not both sides of the garage in the back. That means you had two companies' bids that I know of doing piers around your garage. The door going in the garage is off in both directions and is buckling. The door going into the laundry room was also off next to the garage. This is what causing the cracks in the walls. The other doors sticking is because the center of the home needs to be re-shimmed in the middle. You told me you were going to remodel the bathrooms and kitchen. I told you since it was a rental you could do nothing, and it would still rent but if you were going to spend the money to remodel, I would do the foundation repair first. The video I showed you is not the work I did working for other companies; I owned the company that did the steel erection coast to coast for 28 years. The five percent discount was because the price I give you was paying with a credit card. I did not say if you pay by cash, I said check. I did not high pressure you, I told if you signed up by Friday to accommodate your schedule leaving next Wednesday. We could complete the project starting on Monday and that was the only reason for you to decide that week, not mine. You called me complaining about doors sticking and cracks. If you call enough companies, you will get bids from zero to the moon. I guess you chose to use the companies that are going to use magic. Dave Hall"

When it comes to fixing the foundation of your home, I have learned it is best to hire someone who has had many years of experience in the industry. One such person is Dave Hall with All-American Foundation Repair & Drainage. After seeking bids from ten different companies and much deliberation, we finally selected Mr. Hall's because he was brutally honest about the condition of our foundation. To preface, we had had his company come out to take measurements a year and a half ago toward the end of summer 2017. When we were ready to finance the project, we hired an independent structural engineer to draft a report toward the end of winter of this year. Dave was concerned that the recommendations by the engineer wouldn't be sufficient due to his prior knowledge of how the foundation settles during the warmer seasons. When we provided the additional data to the engineer, he agreed with Dave's assessment and updated the engineering report accordingly. Other companies with lesser knowhow might have overlooked this potential problem, and the last thing you want is to have your concrete piers fail. This instance demonstrated to us that Dave was the right person for the job. He genuinely treated our home like his own, and his crew handled everything with great care. Frank Medina, the crew foreman, arrived on time with his team and completed the work, including the drainage installation around the exterior, in less than two days, which was much sooner than we originally anticipated. They graded the soil around our home, filled in any drilled holes with fresh cement, and left everything looking neat and tidy. With as much digging as they had to do, I was quite impressed. They even hauled away some older bushes we had been meaning to get rid of and came back at a later date to connect our newly installed gutter downspouts to the drainage system. I highly recommend All-American Foundation Repair & Drainage. Dave offers a lifetime warranty on materials and ten years on labor, and the pricing is reasonable with various discounts available. We can't thank you enough, Dave, Frank, and team!

He walked around my house both inside and out. He checked the levels through out my house. His recommendation was to leave it alone and to have it checked for leaks. I would call him again. He did not charge above the original $49.00 I paid.

We were provided a hand-drawn layout of the home with various markings included to indicate where piers would need to be added to level the foundation. The experience was quick, efficient, and very professional. The owner, Dave, performed the evaluation himself and provided recommendations and advice as to how to prevent future shifting of the home. Our current budget did not allow for the repairs to be performed at the time of inspection, but we will certainly consider All American Foundation Repair & Drainage, LLC for the labor and parts required in the immediate future.

They were good, I was very happy with them.  The put jacks underneath the house, there wasn’t really a lot of repair work they did, they just kinda leveled things out. There were 23 jacks in there. I am complaining about the price, but I don’t think it was them, it is what it is. For quality they were very good.

Dave himself came over to evaluate and possibly estimate the cost of addressing the problems we faced with our foundation under this older home we bought a year ago. He was professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and straight forward about what he thought we should do. In the end, he said if it were his house, he would have the front door reframed and leave the foundation alone! He could have tried to sell me on a lot of work that would mean thousands of dollars to his company, but showed great honesty and integrity by telling me the truth. He was GREAT! He is a former builder and knows of what he speaks!! Call him!!

Thanks to the excellent work our foundation is holding.  We had all cracks repaired and painted.  To date, nothing seems to be shifting unlike what happened with the prior company. We did retain a attorney and sued the first company in small claims court and won.  I would never use a foundation company that could not recommend a engineer who would first evaluate the problem.

"Re-doing Foundation Repair We re-do foundation repair done by my competitors almost every week. We have redone foundation repair for this company before, they have been in business for over 20yrs. I called in an engineer on this project because it looked like the customer was going after the foundation company. The engineer agreed with what I had already recommended. I have worked with him for 18 years and we have done thousands of foundation repair jobs together. I did commercial steel erection from coast to coast of the United States for 28 years before I started foundation repair. The company that installed the piers was given every opportunity to reinstall the failing piers under their Life Time Warranty. The piers they installed 3 years ago and months before were only installed about 4 feet deep. All the new piers and old piers that had to be reinstalled went about 15 feet deep. I ask every customer to please go to our website and see our video showing my background in construction for 48 years. www.ProtectYourDream.com My competitors will not tell you what they were doing before they stated repairing foundation for home owners. If you want to have your foundation repairs done right the first time call us. I was at a customer home two weeks ago, they had an engineer report that they paid $600.00 for. It was almost worthless and was incorrect. We did not use the engineers repair plan. I am sorry this customer had to re-do previous foundation repair. Every time I am at a customer's house and they tell me they have never had foundation repair before it is music to my ears. No one has a budget set aside for the repairs the first time or the second or the third. I had a customer last year repair 8 times and it was worse that before the first time and I had to tell the customer I could not do a very good job because after about the third time you run out of room under the foundation to install new piers. Thank You Dave"

I didn?t hire them after having other
companies come in and ensure the ?ZERO? was placed incorrectly and that only 20
piers were needed. My cost went from 40,000.00 to 13,500.00 and the piers are
way superior to the ones All American offer.

"I was asked to give a bid based on Devtek Engineering recommendations you had hired before we ever met. It does not matter where you set your zero because the zip level gives everyone plus and minus readings. I did give bids for recommend piers and with optional piers by Devtek the top engineer in Dallas Ft. Worth. The bid for the recommended piers was $24,454.00, with all the optional piers $29,214.00 not $45,000.00. I do not know where the $45,000.00 came from. The engineer and foundation companies are supposed to give you a repair plan that would make the home sellable. This home has problems all over with doors off level, walls leaning, counters out of level, cabinets out of level, vanities out of level, trim gapped, brick cracks, cracks in mortar, soil sloped incorrectly, floors out of level, poor drainage, plaster cracks. I was not asked to give a bid for a band aid repair so I did not. The highest bid I gave was $29,214.00 this is less than 5% of the value of the home. If you sell the home and it is not level the new home owner can sue you for the cost of repairs to get the home level. In worse case can make to take the home back. I would be glad to come back and show you that the home is not level and is still at risk as I have stated above. You found companies that would put less piers on your home so they could be the low bidder only increases the repair cost in the future to level the foundation so it would be sellable. All the work that was done now will probably have to be redone. I redo other companies work all the time I just did two jobs that where over $14,000.00 each and the foundation company is still in business giving worthless Life Time Warranties. Just go watch my video."

I had an appointment set for an evaluation and the day before the appt, I got a voicemail from a woman that it would have to be pushed out to a later time or day. I called back the same evening to cancel (because the times given wouldn't work for me and I wasn't sure when I would have time to reschedule) so when she found out I was cancelling rather than rescheduling, she said okay and just hung up on me, without so much as a goodbye. There was no "thank you for calling me back", no apologies for not making the original appt time. Nothing!
Very rude and certainly not professional. There are too many other companies out there to be treating potential customers like this.
Response from

"We are not open 24 hours a day. If you call back after hours you get our answering service. They can not make appointments. If you need to reschedule all you have to do is call back during regular business hours. The answering service is not perfect but I prefer it over an answering machine. We try to call customers in advance if we are not going to be on time because we know your time is also as valuable as the $500.00 free estimate we are giving you. The reason we asked for a second phone number is (which you did not give) in case we are going to be late or we need to adjust the time."

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. David came out and was very helpful and I felt like they would provide great service. He said at that time that they would need to do an inspection under the house to be able to give me an estimate, and that they would call. After several weeks I called on the weekend and I didn't get an answer so I decided to send an email instead of leaving a voicemail. I didn't get a response after a few days so I called during business hours. I spoke to someone and explained my situation and they said they would check with David and cal back.  I never heard anything.
My foundation issues were minor and I can speculate as to why I didn't get a response, but it was a little disappointing as I felt like they would have done an excellent job.

Dave was great - he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and also took time to explain how a pier and beam foundation may experience issues in drought conditions (as opposed to a slab foundation). I won't give away his "secret sauce" but he also gave us some very good DIY solutions to preventing foundation issues. We didn't end up having any problems but if we did, I would have used him.
