CDS-Cons of Dripping Springs!!! Unbelievable lack of customer service. I've had an account with them for 3-4 years and had no problem until 2012. Joel is no longer there and he was the one keeping the company afloat. Since he's been gone, trash was picked up twice in 2 months. Tried canceling account in February, and nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. They charged my bank in March, which my bank refunded. I went to their place of business (road next to new water and ice business). Go there and verbally cancel account. They charged my bank again in May so I called and they actually answered. They said my payment was returned and my account had been canceled. However, the payment had posted to my checking account. If you are on autopay, call trashbilling.com at 800-852-5199 and select #1 (trashflow?) I spoke with Linda. CANCEL YOUR AUTOPAY ACCOUNT!!! They said they've gotten a lot of phone calls from customers and they have not been able to reach CDS either. I'm supposed to get a credit of $66 in a couple of days from them. Good luck, we switched to Recon-894-4441
