My home is located in northwest San Antonio by Friedrick Park and is 11 1/2 years old we experienced a hail storm in April of 2019. The damage was estimated at $38000.00+. I needed to have repair and replacement of not only the roof but also gutters, downspouts, 2 garage doors, 5 broken windows, and damage to a large portion of the painted parts of the house and fence. My house and I are relatively new to San Antonio and I was without known reliable contractors to complete the different portions of the repair. I employed Battalion Roofing as a General Contractor. Battalion Roofing then engaged 3 additional contractors to complete the project. Not only was there work on my roof superior but their subs where excellent craftsmen every portion of the repairs or replacements are outstanding. Stephen Peyton, owner of Battalion Roofing, responded promptly to our request for an estimate to replace 3 roofs on our property. In addition to the roof replacement, Mr. Peyton offered to add a ridge vent to the storage building's roof, to help with the problem that we were having with extreme heat inside, during the hot summer months. The small vent already in place was not doing much good, and he suggested that the ridge vent would be much more effective for the problem of extreme heat build-up. The cost of all three roofs was very reasonable, the quality of workmanship and clean up, which followed, was exceptional. Our roofs look beautiful, and we could not be happier with the ridge vent solution, which Mr. Peyton recommended for us!!

Stephen was a top-notch professional from the moment he responded to my initial call until the day the job was complete. Can't say enough about how hard his crew worked to finish on time and on budget - they were very respectful of us, of the property and always kept supplies stored so nothing would interfere with our daily lives. The property was truly better when they left it not just because of the beautiful new roofs, but every scrap of trash was picked up, supplies and tools were taken care of it was as if they were never there, it was amazing! We give Battalion our highest recommendation and would use them again without question!

great. they finished in a week when they said they would even though they lost 2 days because of the rain. the most important thing to me is trust and i trust stephen completely. he never tried to upgrade us. he outlined what was good and what was better. we decided to forego shingles after harvey. we couldn't be happier.

We contacted the Battalion Roofing Company because we noticed a leak coming from our attic. Steven came out and inspected our roof and noticed that we sustained wind and hail damage. He suggested that we contact our insurance company. We did and our insurance company determined that our roof needed to be replaced. After we received our settlement from our insurance company, we contacted Battalion Roofing again to begin the work on our roof. We settled on last weekend. He had all the supplies delivered on Friday and bright and early Saturday his crew arrived ready to work. They went straight to work pulling off the whole roof. It was a very messy project, but his crew was extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking like nothing ever happened. Great job Battalion Roofing. You guys did an awesome job and I'm so proud of my new roof. I'm going to try and upload a pic of it, but again GREAT JOB.

Battalion was excellent to work with. A group of about 15 homeowners in our neighborhood gathered together to vet and interview roofing companies after the hail storm this spring. Battalion was chosen because of their background, excellent communication, and group discount. Drew from Battalion came to our house and did a full inspection, provided recommendations and options, and gave a quote and timeline. He and his crew showed up on time, worked extremely **** ** the roof in 100+ degree heat for two days, and got the job done in the 2.5 days he said it would take. They cleaned up, magnetically rolled the entire driveway and yard, and left the roof looking great.

They were wonderful! They did an awesome job. The quality of work was great, always on time, and great communication. I have no complaints! I would recommend to anyone!

There was a slight delay due to the weather.  Once the roofing crew started, they never quite until the job was completed.  The tear off of the roof was quite loud.  It took the roofing crew three days to complete the job.  The crew picked up all trash and nails daily.  I really like the Oakridge Tru-Def that we went with from Owens Corning.  The Ridge Vents are a real bonus to our new roof.  I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

The entire process, which consisted of a three day period from initial contact to completion, was an incredible experience w/ a contractor living up to THEIR end, which is something rare in my opinion and experience. What i was told could be done sounded too good to be true and I was a little hesitant about signing a contract. However, Battalion Roofing came through with flying colors and lived up to everything that was promised as well as going the extra mile and doing more than was originally specified to ensure the area where the work was performed was left free of any debris. They combed the entire front and back yards with a magnetic sweep to remove any nails or other foreign metal objects possibly left over from the job and took care of my property as if it were their own. I am highly impressed with Battalion Roofing and will recommend them any time I can.
 I plan to have my house painted in the near future and will only be calling Battalion Roofing to do this as well, along with the interior at an even later date. I was going to hold off on these other two projects to complete myself at some point but after witnessing the quality and professionalism that they put into the work, I've decided to have it taken care of by them instead, since my own efforts would pale in comparison and the time restrictions on my part would prevent me from finishing in a timely manner or in the same day. I have found an incredible resource in Battalion Roofing and want to share what I deem as a very unique and positive experience with everyone as this company is head and shoulders above the rest.
I can't say enough great things about them. I didn't think companies like this even existed anymore.

This crew showed up at 7:15 am, just as promised, they went to work immediately, within 20 minutes half of the old roof had already been removed, They worked quickly and were very efficient!  The owner of this company is very hands on.  I didn't feel like just a job to him, I felt like a human, he has been extremely courteous and helpful.
The work included old roof torn off, decking replaced, only where needing to be replaced, ridge vent installed onto ridge of  roof to facilitate heat removal from the attic, new valley gutters installed, in all valleys of the roof, and new shingles applied.
 All old materials cleaned up and hauled away, and yard combed with a magnet to make sure no stray nails were missed.  The estimate that I was given, was right on target with the amount charged, which was more than fair!
This company will go the extra mile for you, and for future roofing needs I will be sure to use them again! I cannot give them enough A's for this list.  I am also planning on referring anyone who needs a new roof to this company. You cannot go wrong with them!
