Fish Window Cleaning

Fish Window Cleaning an Power Washing, power washed my house, vinyl siding with aluminum trim. You recommended them and several others which visited for an estimate. The owner (franchise) is Jackson Lusk, [Redacted]. They severely damaged large portions of the aluminum trim and caused bubbles to appear over other portions of the trim. He is bonded, licensed and INSURED. All the damages happened on the first day and the damages where pointed out to Mr. Lusk. He said he would discuss damage resolution the next morning (10 April 2019). The power washing had NOT been finished so he came with one of the individuals who participated the first day. His solution to the excessive damages was to paint the surface areas where the finish had been removed and do NOTHING about a large area of the trim where bubbles were present. We (my wife and I) disagreed and said the only solution was to replace ALL the damaged trim areas including where bubbles were present. He refused to do anything other than paint the trim where required but do nothing about the bubbles. OBVIOUSLY, we would NOT accept his resolution to fix damages which his personnel caused. He requested half payment but we refused as he was not going to repair HIS damages plus hadnt finished the power washing job. I told him he needed to have his insurance company have an adjuster visit to evaluate the numerous damages to the trim but he refused to do so. I have talked to numerous personnel at Fish HQ but havent gotten anywhere. I am going to file a claim against Mr. Lusk and corporate as well as they are responsible for insuring their franchisee follows corporate policies. Strongly request you take them off your APPROVED list and notify ANYONE else who has been advised that they are a reputable company and supported by Home Adviser. Outstanding workmanship. Took on a difficult job over two full days and made our mold covered house look like new. Wonderful communications, too. We will certainly call on them again.

Great local company who did a really good job. Very happy with this service will definitely have them power wash our house again in a year or so. Our house and driveway look amazing! The house looks freshly painted, just like it did when we purchased it!

My husband hired these people as a surprise for me while I was out of town in late July. They were supposed to clean all windows inside and out, wipe sills, get rid of Harvey mud on window tracks and clean the front door. None of the windows were completely clean (they didn't even touch 4 of them), none of the sills were wiped, all of the Harvey mud is still around the windows, the door wasn't touched. I was furious when I came home to what should have been a good surprise, to find that we were out $400 and I still had to clean all the windows inside and out. My husband tried to call Yari several times to no avail and I finally got through to her and asked her to send her team back out to do the job we paid for. She said she would and we never heard from her again. It's bad enough to have 5 feet of water in your house, lose everything you own and not have a home for over a year, then have people like this rip you off. These people should be put out of business!

While the windows appeared clean, on closer inspection there were a number of areas that had not been cleaned. They were supposed to have returned the following day to do some additional work and I did not see them. When I called the phone # on their flyer it was reported not a functional number.

The FISH team did an excellent job on my windows. It is so nice to look outside and see clean windows. I didn't even want to open my blinds before FISH cleaned my windows. They also did a great job on the power washing I had done on my driveway, porch, and back side of my house.

Finger marks left om window, tracks were not cleaned, some windows were not cleaned did not notice until they left.

I would highly recommend Fish Window Cleaning. They were extremely professional from the estimate visit to the actual cleaning! Besides that, they were really nice.

The dimensions of the job changed, I changed my plans which added more work for the professionals to do. Despite the changes, the professionals were so accommodating to that. I am satisfied with their work.
