Water Bionics

The installation was done on the day requested, 6/1/2020. The sales guy, Johnny, was fantastic. I asked how often the media in the filtration system needed to be changed and he said around every 1.5 years. It's now 12/2021 and it's 1.5 years and unfortunately Johnny is no longer with the company . I called Water Bionics to have the media replaced and the phone message says they'll call back at their earliest convenience. Really "...their earliest convenience." So if I feel like calling you back I will. If not I won't. WOW! I called them twice and apparently I'm not important enough to get a call back. Even though the equipment works fine there's no customer service after you buy from this company. We had a boil order a few months ago and I called to get new filters for the Reverse Osmosis system and it was like they were doing me a favor selling me new filters. I had to give them the model numbers of the filters and the type of the Reverse Osmosis THEY sold me. I guess they don't have any way to look up what equipment they sold me? Plus they didn't provide a filer that was needed and getting tired of not getting my calls returned about it, I found it on Amazon and bought it from there. It seems this company is trying really hard to NOT be in business any longer. Too bad that now I have to find another company to get equipment that WILL be serviced. I'll be doing this at my earliest convenience which is now.

Water Bionics were such a pleasure to deal with. They took the time to come out and specify a system for our large house and explain what made them different versus the competition. No question was ignored and each answered in detail. The day of installation, they were very clear on what they were going to do and provided options where appropriate. Installation took a few hours as they were taking their time. Before leaving, they walked through the system and explained what we needed to know. A day later we noticed a small problem and contacted them and got an immediate response and someone came out the next day to resolve the issue Couldn't be happier with the entire process and service and would highly recommend them.

Water Bionics did an excellent job in installing my water softener. It was installed in the front garden bed (buried but partially exposed) using a faux rock to hide to hide the exposed pieces. It looks great. I would hire these guys again.

Solved my chlorine smell at my house and silt and sulfur issue at my ranch.

Excellent! Met with many and did my research and they’re the ones that do everything that’s needed for a true filtration system and at a good price. Both super nice guys that love what they’re doing.

We've had other companies out before and they felt very salesy. They also want you to sign that day for an extremely expensive product. Their tactics include free giveaways. Your water quality is very important and if you work with knowledgeable professionals, the product should sell itself. Mark was that kind of professional. I appreciate his understanding of our water and the quality system he provides. I'm so thankful that after hearing him speak about the product, we were looking at refinancing our home to get a system installed. His price was fair and they turned around delivery quickly. He was there to oversee the installation and make sure his crew knew what to do. We absolutely love our water now!!! No more chlorine smell. Our skin feels so smooth and hydrated after showering. And, we can now drink from every faucet in our house without worrying about the nasty chemicals we're ingesting!!! We are so glad to finally have this system installed! Thank you, Mark!
