They are quick, responsive, positive and take initiative to fix problems without me asking. I have been very impressed by their professionalism.

I've used The Perfect Light for 3 yrs now for outside holiday lights and wreaths -- design and service are EXCELLENT. This year, I expanded my roof lighting/tree lights and they were quick to send a designer by and provide a quote. Perfect Light is the best lighting company you could choose. They are very knowledgeable, highly respectful, incredibly friendly, and honest. They put the customer first and do not try to upsell you; in fact, they look for ways you can get the desired effect in the most economical way. Greg, the sales representative and designer, does an amazing job. He came at night with temporary lights to demo how the permanent install would look.. The install crew of Brian and Joel are superb. They arrive on time with a great attitude of service and helpfulness. They answer all your questions and do an incredible job. Their install in the daytime required no modification. You will not find two friendlier, more competent men in the industry.

Very well. They are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for and they did take care of me during the whole Holiday Season. I will be using them again this year. Two weeks after they installed the lights they came round one evening just to check everything looked good - I didn't even ask them and I was very pleased to see such attentive care. I had one issue where a section of my roof did not have any lights, and they came round with 24 hours to fix it. The whole process was fast and seamless.

We've had their lighting system on our house for years and increased the number of lights over the years. The quality of the lights is good. My complaint is their scheduling and ability to contact. They never follow up from emails or voice mails. You have to get a live person on the phone or you'll never hear from them. I called several times just to give them credit card info to pay a balance, and it took 3 weeks to get somebody on the phone just to pay them money.

The initial lighting consultation went well and several lighting options were presented by The Perfect Light. Once we picked a plan the subsequent lighting installation looked very nice; both the product and services were of high quality. Additionally, the price is fair and the lights were installed according to the chosen lighting option and on the date promised. Finally, the lights were taken down by The Perfect Light promptly around the first week of January. (Both the installation and the taking down of the lights are included in the overall price; there are no hidden fees.)

It was great, they were professional in both the sales call and install. I am very pleased with the work and honestly wish I would have called them sooner. Now I want to be outside even more to enjoy what feels like a new yard

I received a flier in the mail from The Perfect Light for exterior lighting. I called and an appointment was set up for the next week. They came out and talked with us to find out what we were looking for and what we expected. They gave us an estimate for the cost of the project and also came out with a free night time demonstration! It was great to see what our lighting would look like. We could add or remove lights to stay within our budget. They aren't the cheapest, but the WOW! the lights look amazing! Each person we worked with was very courteous and knowledgeable about their part of the job to be done. Sara was great with the appointment booking and following up to make sure we were happy with the final product. Chris S. was fabulous with the explanation of the product and the night time demonstration. He even came back and did some tweaking to make the light look perfect! Bryan and his team were great on the day of installation, making sure that the lights were properly installed and their mess was cleaned up. We are so pleased with our lights, experience and relationship that has been formed.

I cannot wait to enjoy my new Perfect Lights this winter! I did my research and looked at a few companies in the area. I felt like The Perfect Light was the easiest to work with, quickest to respond with answers to my questions, nicest, most organized, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was actually more reasonable than other companies I talked with. The night-time demo was the best way to see how my yard would look, make any changes, and feel 100% comfortable with moving forward.

Great service. No damage to flower beds when they install or takedown the lights. They provided the timers and programmed them so there was literally nothing we have to do each year. If any of the lights burn out that are not easy for us to replace, we call and they send someone out very quickly to replace.

Representative from Perfect Light insisted on trying to sell me much more landscape lighting than I had needed/requested.  I requested an estimate of 10-12 lights in front and back - but rep insisted that I buy a bigger package (e.g. 16 lights in the front rather that the 6 that I wanted).  When I repeatedly told him I wasn't interested in the "Cadillac" version, he turned away and stated that Perfect Light wasn't interested in my business.

Note that I had already committed to the $2000 minimum required for them to start a job - but, apparently that wasn't enough for this representative.

These people are professionals.  They are courteous and responsive to the customer needs.  They laid out a plan that coincided with our needs.  They made themselves available, that agreed with our schedule, to conduct a demonstration.  The quality of materials and labor were superior.  These people posses a work ethic that is unmatched.
I would recommend The Perfect Light to anyone.

The 'preview' performed after dusk was incredibly helpful- we were able to set up the lighting perfectly to specifications with confidence that the install would be perfect!

It was a great experience. In addition to the landscape lighting they installed some motion detector lights that I had purchased and some timer switches for patio lights. There was a problem with one of the motion detectors and they were back the next day to correct it. Very nice customer service and I would recommend them for any lighting projects you have in mind.

They did a fabulous job! They were punctual and very professional. They made sure to ask about where lighting went exactly, as they had marked them previously, but we had storms that moved through the area and some of the marking flags were down. The finished product is amazing. What a difference it makes in our yard. Love it!!
