When my office's main desktop went down, we called the Geeks at Geek on wheels.  We called and had an appointment scheduled for later that day. A tech from geeks on wheels came out to check out our main office PC.  It was no longer booting after several weeks of random shutdown and blue screens.  After a quick look, the tech informed us that the power supply had gone bad and needed to be replaced.  The geek took apart the desktop, installed a new power supply, and the machine booted right up. The computer was back up within 20 minutes of their arrival.  Afterwords he looked at error logs and found that the PC was also infected with a spyware virus. The geek gave us recommendations on new antivirus software and backups. He spent about an hour running tools to clean the virus and speed up our PC. I was billed for 1 and a half hours of labor plus $49.99 for the power supply. An overall great experience with a local business.

They are horrible! They had my computer there for a month. I called them everyday and I couldn't get anything done. By the end of each day, they still didn't have an answer for me. They had a very nice staff, but were very un-organized. They don't take notes. The computer just stays there and nothing gets done.
