Bobby was on time and immediately made friends with the dog so I didn't have to put the dog in the kennel while he worked.  He quickly made the repair.  He also advised on how to fix some problems I had asked about and gave me sound suggestions.  Repair is very professional.

He called us back quickly when I left a message, scheduled the appointment quickly, was on time, was really pleasant and great to work with, and did wonderful work!

Bobby returned promptly on Wednesday as scheduled. He was very professional and completed the first phase of the project (repair and primer coat). He returned promptly on Thursday to apply glossy/top surface coat. He returned again in Friday to polish the tub, reinstall fixtures, caulk all edges and clean up. My tub looks like a brand new tub. Just a couple cautions on this process: fumes are strong. Bobby was kind enough to let me borrow one of his fans. Process is very dusty. Both my master bath and bedroom were coated in a layer of dust. Although I understand this is unavoidable due to the sanding process, had I known, I would have removed or covered a lot of my jewelry and other "hard to dust" items. Overall I was very pleased with the results and will definitely call Bobby for all future surfacing needs. Highly recommend!

Bobbie surveyed the tub, got out his equipment and went to work.  I was very impressed with his artistic expertise which enabled him to restore the tub and eliminate the black chipped places and the places that were somewhat chipped but not all the way to the black part. I will call him again if I ever have a similar problem.

When Robert first came out and gave us the estimate for the work we wanted done he said for us to go ahead and lay the flooring tile and paint so that we would have a better match for the refinishing of the tub and vanity top.  While he was here he repaired the second bathroom tub enamel that was chipped.  It was a perfect match and we couldn't tell where the chips had been.  When we finally finished our part Robert returned and proceeded to refinish the tub and vanity top.  He had to return the second day to remove tape and do some cosmetic work and finally caulk.  We were very pleased with the results.  It looks like we replaced the tub and vanity with beautiful new ones.  Robert gave us suggestions when we asked his opinion and offered different options.  It was a pleasure to do business with him and would definitely call him in if we have a need for further work.

I originally called a BBB tub company out of Houston to finish my tub.  The ruined my tub and left it in worse shape than ever.  I called Bobby Tumlinson and he removed the bad work that this company did and restored the tub to like new condition. His father, Bob of Superior Finish applied the new paint finish after it was prepped.   I'll never deal with the BBB again.  Thanks Bobby.

Sent an e-mail on Monday with pictures requesting a quote.  Called back on Tuesday and agreed to price.  Scheduled service on Thursday.

He arrived right on time.  He took exactly 30 minutes to do 2 separate tubs.  Each had a quarter sized chip in it.  One had addtional scratches.  He made quick work and the tub looks like new.

Can't ask for better service than that!

When I called to inquire about the availability to fix the chip, I was give a quote for the work and was able to schedule at that time.  I had a work conflict and had to reschedule, which didn't seem to be a problem at all - very understanding.  Bobby arrived on time - called before arrival., came in assessed the sink and got right to work.  He was personable and professional, completed the job and advised me not to use the sink for 24 hours.  He also notices some black markings/scratches in the white porcelain and buff them out and polished them with the product.
I would recommend his service and yes we would use him again.
