We got many quotes over several years time before deciding on Spray Tex. It was impossible to pass up after meeting with the super knowledgeable sales guy, and then seeing the total. We thought at first that it could be a typo. (It wasnâ t) The stylist helped us choose colors, the crew were here on time everyday, the PM came by everyday, they finished on timeâ ¦..AND they had us mark anything we wanted them to take a final look at & everything looks perfect! They painted our whole interiorâ ¦ crown molding, kitchen cabinets, doors, trim, walls, ceilings, even sheet rock repair in several areas. We lived in the house all day every day because my husband works from home and I stay with my toddler. They were very thoughtful about when and how they painted from room to room so that we always had somewhere to hang out without being bothered. Go with this company, you will not be disappointed!

Quality work!

I was initially impressed with the professionalism in the quoting process. And how they set up appointments to choose your colors and assigned you a project manager. They actually weren’t even my cheapest quote. I was looking forward to a smooth process. Although they Did a good job, I just was not thrilled with the how the color turned out as it did not match the color sample. When I brought it to their attention, They took zero responsibility even when I provided the swatches that I was shown, but was just told they confirmed color was mixed correctly. I later researched and found out that outside paint had to have a coating put on it to protect it which would affect the color. They apparently were unaware. And did not inform me of this either. So they closed the issue and I placed a second quote to have it repainted to a basic brown (at my cost) as well as finish other areas that needed touch ups. On this 2nd job the color came out perfect. I was not impressed that they only used 2 people on this bigger job (1st job had about 5-6 and finished in 1 day). This time it took about 5-6 days to complete and I was not expecting that. Overall the workmanship was great but I feel they put alot of effort into “looking” the part of being professional….but still feel they aren’t quite there on the knowledge portion - knowing paints, and how many people to put on what types of jobs, etc. overall spent about $9k more on this project that I really was planning to spend. And about 2 weeks total down time from work while waiting around for them around the house. I don’t plan on using them for any future jobs.

Update: Customer Service reached out to me and has promised to correct the issues stated. If this goes as planned I will definitely improve my rating. The crew Spray Tex hired for our job were amateur at best. They did not have the proper equipment or supplies and did the job with no attention to detail. The supposed 4 year warranty is meaningless because they do not show up for warranty work. I have found new issues with the job they did every weekend since they finished the job. Make sure to view their work from above and in full sunlight.

The initial job needed a lot of rework and touch up. The company is making sure everything gets corrected, but it could have been done better to start. Key point is that Spray Tex seems committed to customer satisfaction.

The office isnâ t as easy to deal with, but the sent a fantastic painter. I just hope this business treats there painting contractors well. We have experience with other companies that donâ t and they didnâ t get our business

This company was awesome from start to finish! Did quality work & they were fast. I will use them again when needed & tell everyone about them. They also had the lowest price after taking 3 bids! They painted all the interior of my home. 2500 square feet, Worked around all the furniture, moving it when necessary, then put it back in place when the walls were dry. Hire them! You will not be disappointed!

The process was fairly smooth. The receptionist was helpful and someone I could go to thru the whole process for information and help. The salesman - the face of the company was honest and helpful not high pressure at all. The designer to help us decide on a color - professional and the painters were professional and wiling and able To listen to questions or concerns I had thru the process. Then even better as part of their painting services - after its completion they come out the next day and touch up places you notice that need more paint.
