At Force Home Services we are all about the people. We want you to be comfortable with the people we send to your home. Sure you expect us to be technically skilled and we are, but moreover our technicians and installers are clean cut, friendly professionals that I am comfortable having in my home. I am the owner, Ron Strelke, and I have a family, home and business that I am very protective of and I want people around me and my family that I respect and trust. Those are the people we send to your home. We do not hire subcontract labor and we do not hire seasonal labor. We are a modest sized company with 15 team members including me. We service Northeast Tarrant County, Denton County and Collin County. We are not a low cost provider but strive to provide a true value for what we charge. We never collect until you are happy with the job we have done. Our goal is to have the opportunity to service your home the first time, our mission is to make you a client for life. I scheduled on Thursday at 12:42pm online and received two text messages from 8447400800 saying "Your visit with Force Home Services is being processed" and goes on about our service tech will contact you to schedule. I talked with a person on Friday and was told someone would come out at 4pm on the following Wednesday. I had called earlier and was not the nicest person but my appointments where apparently cancelled maybe due to this. I wish I was notified and someone took the time to let me know the company did not want my business. I am not sure if I was too rude or its because of some other reason but cancelling an appointment with out notification seems a bit petty.

Quote for just installation was much more than I paid another service for cost of disposal including installation.

They always document on my receipt what was done. My neighbors have seen their truck in front of my house and I've had several of them ask me what I had done and would I mind telling them the price. I say well I have this and, this and this is what it cost me if I didn't have their contract. They said, "Wow, that's good.". So, I do believe their prices are fair and competitive.

I could not think of anything that would improve their service. The schedule appointment and they are out if it's an emergency. There was flooding and they got emergency call and they had to reschedule that day. I just couldn't ask for anything else.

He always calls me before he comes and tells me he would be there in probably 20 minutes, he shows up at the time he promises and always on time. Every one of them has excellent manners meaning they're professional, kind and nice. They get straight to work. They always clean up the area in which they're working. They're just really nice. I get a professional assessment at the end to tell me how the units are working.

He told me about a valve that would do something special with some kind of water flow back from flooding on the floor in the hallway and I elected to have that put in. I don't know what it's called and I don't know what it costs, but to me, it was a good investment. So, I went and had him do it that day. I like that they are honest. I have a sense that they're trustworthy and that their prices are fair for the market that I'm in.

They installed a three-ton unit. Before, the president of the company came out and did an energy audit on my entire house and gave me and recommendation on what I can do immediately to make my house energy efficient and made most of those changes. Then, when he came back and gave me the estimate on the unit. He showed me all of the calculations, and he came up with the same size that I currently have of my air conditioning and heating unit. He gave me the confidence as a buyer that this wasn't just " Yeah, let's put the same one that you had before."
