Visa and Mastercard accepted! Financing available with approved credit. Mission Statement: Provide Great Products and Services at Great Prices. Let me tell you what that means to me, before going into this business I decided to give my customers what I wanted from an Air Conditioning Company. All my decisions were based on that. I have looked at purchasing 2 seperate locations for my business on Center street, here in Deer Park. But I couldn't honestly do that and still provide you with great pricing. You see, all the costs of owning a building on Center Street would have to be passed on to you my customer. I decided my customers would rather have great pricing than buy me a building. I decided to sell great products, not just the brand name . There are great products produced by major manufacturers that don't carry the manufacturer's name and added expense! My favorite even carries a Better Warranty! I decided to work with the people I've known for years. If I don't know and trust them, they won't represent my company. I work in the field, you will see me on all installations! We were created to fill a great need in the market: Great products installed by a great licensed company at reasonable prices. You don't have to pay the extra markup required to support a large building and office staff. We've been in the industry 25 years. Owner has lived in Deer Park over 25 years. We are Licensed by the State of Texas. We carry a 1 million dollar business liability policy. We carry business use insurance on our vehicles. $45 Service Call!

"Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. Brico Services LLC works very hard to take care of our great customers. It is sad to see some A/C companies trying to overcharge customers."

"I'm sorry you had a bad experience with your Home Warranty Company. We are a contractor for them, we provide diagnosis and repairs. Pictures and our observations were submitted to your Home Warranty Company who made the determination of coverage. As with any Insurance policy, not everything is covered. I'm sorry you don't agree with them, but I explained to you numerous times that your Home Warranty Company has an appeals process, it's been almost 2 weeks. Why haven't you contacted them? We can't repair equipment unless your Home Warranty Company approves it. They are a good company and will review your claim if you ask. As far as "hanging up" on you, you know that isn't true, I was in the office when you spoke to my office manager, I was standing beside her and could hear you yelling at her. Our phone records show you talked with her over 4 minutes. She explained to you several times that you needed to contact your warranty company, as we can't approve the repairs, only them. You would not accept that and started yelling. My office manager repeatedly told you she was getting off the phone and even told you to have a nice day. I spoke with you also, explaining that your warranty company prohibits me from sharing pictures with you. You need to contact them. You have launched an unwarranted personal attack on our company. You need to contact your Home Warranty Company and stop posting on my website. My company made a small service fee for an evaluation. We have notified your Warranty Company that we will no longer service your home. If you want the pictures or notes please contact your warranty company as they have them. If you have had your unit serviced (specifically had condenser coils cleaned) please provide your warranty company with the receipts."
Owner, Doug Wagner, didnt make it on time, arrived at 10 am (about an hour late) and didnt call to notify. Spent about hour an half diagnosing and fixing furnace. He was willing to answer questions and provided some maintenance recommendations. Quality of work was good.
Overall good experience, wish he was more timely or called to notify. Otherwise would use again.
"Thank You for your business. We value you as a customer. I apologize for the scheduling mistake. In our industry it's very hard to give exact arrival times. We offer all our customers a 1 to 2 hour "window" of arrival time. I apologize if that was not explained during the phone call. Your response will help me improve my company."
