Customer Service at the office was good. Tech was 4 hours later than scheduled appt. There was no charge for the maintenance when arrived.

They were prompt and the work went well and efficient.

Cucco's service was awesome. They answered the phone in the evening (when I was expecting an answer service), they came out the following day, cleared a small problem in a few minutes and gave real advice vs trying to constantly upsell. These guys offer regular service and a realistic price and they now have our business. Great people, great service model and great attitude. Thanks!!

They were great professional team.The price was reasonable.My only complaint was they were not on time.I was quoted a time of 4pm and they did not arrive until 6pm.

They were quick to respond to my request. Came for doing a check on my A/C next day itself! What impressed me was the fact that the technician did a cursory check and recommended that I go with my home warranty company for the repairs rather than getting it done with them. That saved me a lot of expenses. I will definitely reach out to Cucco's again in case I need quick help.

Chris came out on a Saturday and very honest and personable. Even though I was able to find someone that would have done the work for less, I was completely satisfied with the work and the honesty. We will definately call them this winter to fix our heater!

Today I can say I surely met one of God's special people when I encountered Chris. My a/c stopped working and I was frantically searching for help. I had been quoted $3000 to $9000 replacement costs. Chris contacted me and offered to come right out and evaluate the situation. Wow, was I surprised to learn the a/c was fine but there was a problem with the fuse box. Talk about HONESTY. I contacted Cucco's after another company made an assessment on my air conditioning system that concerned me . The service technician, Chris came to my home within an hour after I spoke with him. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He checked my system thoroughly before making a diagnosis. He explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. For future Cucco's has my business. I would highly recommend this company.

You couldn't ask for a more professional team of people working at the family owned business. Our air conditioner stopped working ona Saturday night and they arrived Sunday morning. They didn't do the bait and switch so many A/C companies do and they offered professional advice on what steps I should be taking to get my systems up to 100%.

Outstanding service. They responded after hours in 45 minutes, the technician was qualified and prepared, and he completed the job quickly. Also, they did the work for 1/3 the price of the other company that responded to my request. I will neer use another provider at home or with my company. They are in a league of their own. Excellent!!!

Fast - affordable - courteous. I called at 2pm with a dead compressor and by 6pm that same day they had arrived and replaced my old unit .... and my house was already cooling down. It doesn't get much better than that. I will definitely use them next time. It's a company with high standards like this that I am happy to recommend.

PROFESSI0NAL, FAST, COURTEOUS. Came out and looked over everything, gave advice and a quote, then left us alone while we got other quotes and advice.They increased the size of the return duct,and re-engineered the duct work so ALL rooms in the house are now cool. Didn't try to sell us the biggest or most expensive unit they had---just the size we needed to cool our house properly. Because of the excellent work CUCCOS has done so far I am expecting to get 25 years of good service out of this American Standard unit.

I do think that they are a bit pricey, but the service was quick and efficent.

I spoke with Doug & he provided an "initial" diagnosis & price on the phone. After another company came to the same conclusion, but for a much higher price & less of a warranty, I went with Cucco's. The service guy was a little earlier than the estimated time (I didn't mind) & did the work in 10 min or less. Great work & now I can enjoy my A/C for a few more years. Thanks
