Is there such a thing as over filling freeon?

I wish that I could rate Cucco's higher than 5 stars. I filled out the service request on Servicemagic's website, in less than one minute Doug Cucco called me back. We made an appointment for the next morning and withen 15 minutes of him arriving we had cold air again. This is the most professional and Honest contractor of any type that I have ever used.Thank you Doug...Your the best!

The Technician was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. He told us what needed to be done to correct our problem and an estimate of how much it would cost. He diagnosed a problem we have had since moving into our home. Unlike those other A/C people, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg to pay for repairs. Thanks for coming out and doing such a great job. Cucco's is a great customer friendly company. As soon as I put my info into service magic they called immediately which is wonderful. Chris came out and diagnosed our problem and was very helpful in explaining the problem and answered all our questions we had. I would highly recommend Cuccos!!

Doug Cucco diagnosed the problem that other AC specialists did not. He gave me several options to fix my current problem and allow for compatible changes with my equipment in the future. His men were prompt, courteous, and so quiet I had to check to see if they were still there. I added a few items after the final bid and he was more than fair in pricing these add ons. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for the way they dealt with me and solved my problem. I got an excellent price, excellent service, and will recommend them to any one who asks. I personally suggested they put a sign in my yard for my neighbors to see.

I had been looking for someone to replace my system, and by accident you added them on to your list, instead of Sears, which I would never have any business dealings with. I was not trying to log on to your service again, but I did by accident, and Doug called me, I talked to him, and decided to give him the job. I was very satisfied with his information, knowledge, and the reliability of the job he and his crew provided. Very rarely now days do you find a company who is willing to explain , or take the time to really care.

We called several A/C companies in the area and Cucco's bet all of them by $500.00 or more with upgrades from the manfacturer. Some other company was going to sell the same unit for more money and no upgrade. They were here on time, finished on time and kept everything clean. I will tell everyone about them. We contacted this company to fix our air conditioning unit for our home. They were very courteous and I was given a price quote with several options over the phone. Their price was truly competitive and well worth the money. They were able to come out the same day and make all the repairs needed.
