He understood every line of the contract and explained so much to us. The top line price isn’t all that matters or that puts money in your pocket. We listened while he negotiated and we were very impressed. He is helping us find our new home now and we couldn’t be more happy with our experience.

Outstanding experience. Wesley is very intelligent and his marketing plan sold our house when others did not. He is now our go to guy for anything real estate related and we vehemently recommend him to our own friends and family. The only problem is keeping the kids from facetiming him in the car and at dinner.
