Rodney was very professional- on time, accurate bid, crew on time and finished quickly. He even worked with me to plan a date around when the city comes to pick up large bulk trash for free.

Rodney Wauson was responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The Wauson crew arrived early in the a.m. as scheduled and got all the work done within a 2.5 day time-frame! As for the cost, our HOA is required to obtain 3 contractor bids for major projects such as this tree removal. Wauson's bid was better than 2 other area competitors and we feel we got excellent service for a fair price. We will definitely call on Wauson for any future tree service!

Rodney Wauson of Wauson's Tree Service was extremely professional and prompt. He was able to go by the house while I wasn't home, and gave me an estimate by phone. He knew exactly when leaf-and-limb pick up would occur on our street, so that we scheduled to have the work done in time for pick up. He completed the job without me there (within one week of my first call to him), and the place looked wonderful when I arrived. Having called a couple of others for estimates, his rate was the best, and I got top-notch work. Now that I live on a heavily-treed lot, I will definitely call Rodney annually for pruning and other work. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

The owner gave me an estimate which I found to be reasonable, and I was placed on his schedule for a date several weeks away. The owner confirmed the date several times, since the area had been hit with numerous storms. The tree service crew arrived at 9 a.m., accomplished the work in short order, and was finished before noon. I was especially pleased with the cleanup efforts, since much on the work was done over a swimming pool.

He did a good job. He got it done fast and efficiently. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They knew what they were doing and answered all my questions.

Very professional. I called. They came out promptly. I told them what I wanted. They suggested just a little more. They gave me a price. It was reasonable. A date was set for the job. They showed up after calling to confirm a time and did the job efficiently. All employees were friendly. They did the job in thirty minutes. I was completely satisfied. They even did a couple of minor things not a part of the original agreement, such as cut some of the wood as firewood and stacked it as requested. All of this was done with an attitude of respect and friendliness.

We had a prompt call back and the services were performed on time. Rodney was mindful to schedule the removal to coincide with the bulky trash pickup on our street.

I called WAUSON TREE SERVICE on a Monday around 2:20 PM. Rodney Wauson, the owner, came out the next day. I requested that he give me a written estimate, which he did. He quoted me $970 to cut down the tree and haul the debris to my curb for city pick up. He gave me an estimate of $120 to do the stump grinding which he would sub out. However, he wasn't sure weather or not the stump grinding company would be able to get their machine through my back gate. He also included tax on the estimate of 8 1/4%. I felt that his estimate was on the high side. Half of the tree had already been removed by the utility company's tree service and he wasn't even hauling away the debris. I ended up going with another company with a lower estimate.

Excellent - better than expected considering they were referred to me by another company that I didn't have any experience with. Crew was no time and thorough, approx. 5 people so very well staffed to get the job done.

I felt I got a reasonable price from them. They worked very hard to remove the dead tree. It was difficult because it was large and the previous owner had it cemented at the base to hold it in. They cleaned up all of the tree limbs, leaves, and mess.

It went well. Mr. Wauson returned calls promptly and hauled the debris away. All companies were busy after this storm and I appreciated his response(3 others never returned calls.) I felt that the price was high for the amount of work done and it may be that I'm out of touch but the job was not that big though the cut was up at about 15 feet.

It could not have gone any better! They did an excellent job with the trees, they did an excellent job with the cleanup. Mr. Wauson was here the whole time supervising his crew. The crew was very professional and hard working. They arrived when they said they would, even though we had a major storm the night before that caused a lot of damage in our area. Their estimate was one of the lowest we received, but their work was top notch. We are having them back in a few months to do some additional work and removal. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

We have a 36 year old HUGE red oak tree in our backyard and it was providing too much shade for the grass to grow. We also resodded 2/3 of the yard so we needed lots of pruning to let light down to the new grass. I spoke to the owner on the phone after seeing their truck in the neighborhood working on someone else's trees. He was very informative and helpful - he stopped by while we were at work and looked at the tree and stuck an estimate in our mailbox. We were pleased with the estimate (the lowest of three) and after calling to accept the estimate he had his crew out the next day and did an excellent job. It looks thin just like we asked and was trimmed to continue to allow the tree to grow and provide a beautiful canopy. Unlike some tree trimming I have seen no branches were chopped in the middle leaving a stump appearance. Overall we would definitely hire again the next time we need the tree pruned. The crew also cleaned up all branches wonderfully.

RODNEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND GAVE ME A REASONABLE ESTIMATE FOR ALL THE WORK I NEEDED DONE. HE WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME SOME MONEY BY SCHEDULING THE WORK DURING MY BULK TRASH WEEK, WHICH I APPRECIATED VERY MUCH. HE AND HIS CREW WERE PERFECTLY ON TIME, EFFICIENT, QUICK, AND NEAT.
