They pointed out some issues but they really tried to round up the price when they were putting the replacement parts. They were there. They were on time.

They were amazing Eli came Monday and told me that I needed alot of work done. He worked with me to try and get financed. He tried 2 and I tried 2 other sources and we had no luck. Eli did not give up on me. He kept working and working with Daniel and the office to see what they could do for me. Every obstacle we encountered, he never gave up. Him and the company bent over backwards to do whatever they could to help me. I truly appreciate a company that keeps on working to help their customers despite the trouble encountered. They could have just walked away but they didn't

I will take the blame for being an uniformed consumer. I should have researched vent cleaning more than I did. I don't believe that I got a true vent cleaning. They seemed more interested in showing me what was wrong with my HVAC system than cleaning vents. There was one hose attached to one vent...no brushes used in any vents and no one checked that the duct work was ok. My house is an older house and I knew when I bought it that the HVAC was old. I just wanted vents cleaned and duct work checked out in back half of house.

The Right Choice HVAC were very professional. Discussed the service they provided today along with additional preventive maintenance. I would used them again.

They cleaned the system and recommended an $8,000 system replacement. We had another company look a the system and all it needed was a refrigerant recharge. This was their recommendation for a 900 ft2 condo which was unneeded and excessive. When asked, the other company quoted a full replacement for less than half of their quotation.

Joseph and his mate were very kind to go that extra mile to do more that what I was paying them for. Because of their professionalism I even offered them small lunch. They checked everything and even recommended putting dampers and split AC.

The lead technician, David S, was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. The price was right, as we had received and accepted a phone offer for an annual AC service from The Right Choice at half price. (The company that has been doing our annual service had not yet called as they usually do when it's time to transition from heat to AC.) He and his assistant Edgar quickly completed the service. The bad news was that they discovered and showed us the beginning of mold inside the AC unit. For this reason, and because David had noticed upon entering our home that there were smokers in the household, he suggested installation of the Air Scrubber Plus air purification system. David negotiated a "senior discount" for us with his manager, Daniel, on this unit. They were also able to offer us a financing program of 18 months to pay with no interest. We will be calling them for our HVAC needs in the future and recommending them to our neighbors and friends.

Joseph did a good job presenting product. Workers arrived on time and installed unit. Thermostat was explained clearly. Everything was cleaned up and old system was hauled off. Very professional job by everyone.

I calld them and a few more companies for a quote for adding blown in??insulation ?to level of R-30 They came right on time , the price was good , they were very professional and informative! Very nice too.. they add the insulation in a very efficient way , didn't damage anything, very clean , no dust im definitely gonna call again in the future. Thanks guys

Eric and Marco were on time and very professional. They did a thorough inspection of the units and explained everything they were doing. Eric gave us a write up of everything that needed addressing. I feel like we were treated fairly.

The office had confirmed to me that they would be there at 9 am with a 30 minute advance call. However I didn't get a call until 9:40 am to let me know that they will be there at 11:00 am.Eric informed me that I had a leak and some of the coils were damaged. He suggested that I need a new unit soon.

I started with an inspection and duct cleaning on 12/3/2015. While this service was being performed I questioned the tech about the age of my system and we discussed if a new system would be to my benefit or not. Since my system was at least 12-13 years old (if not more) I decided to get a new system as it would also help with the electricity bills. The installers were here right on time...(got a head's up call a short time earlier) and they took out the old system and installed the new system. In addition to all the work they were supposed to do, they also did me a BIG favor in cutting down weeds around my outside AC!!! All of the installers were pleasant and helpful and they explained how to clean the new filter as well as made sure I had all the instructions and understood what I needed to do. Of course they cleaned up after the installation was done. I had a problem the next afternoon and I notified them via email and phone. Daniel got back to me ASAP and we discovered the problem was ME!!! I needed to change the batteries in my thermostat!!!!!! As soon as I did...HEAT ARRIVED AND ALL WAS WELL IN MY WORLD... I would (and will) recommend The Right Choice Texas.com to any and all in need of service for HVAC or to find out if you need a replacement system. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful to this senior female and I truly appreciate it!

Our first experience with the Right Choice was when Eli and his helper performed an inspection of our heating/air system and cleaned our air ducts. About 30 minutes prior to our appointment time, Eli called us to say he was on his way. During the inspection, Eli asked that I observe so I could see what he saw at the same time he saw it. Our system was a little over 12 years old and installed at the time our house was constructed. Eli noticed a hint of gas smell while inspecting the furnace and pointed out the extremely poor condition of the coils. Upon completion of the inspection and cleaning, it was obvious our current heating/air system had served its purpose and was in need of replacement. Eli sat down with my wife and I and recommended several different options for us to consider. The next day, Eli and Daniel (owner) returned, at our request, to go over our options one last time before we made a decision. Both were extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions, putting any concerns we had to rest. It wasn?t a high-pressure sales pitch, it was an education. We finally went with their recommendation and agreed on a replacement cost that was very reasonable and fair. Brian said he would have a crew at our house the next morning in order to remove of our old system and install of our new Goodman Heating/Air System. The next day about 9:00 am, Kevin, Javier, Antonio and Oscar arrived and worked throughout the day, finishing the job at about 6:30 pm. Before they left, they made sure wherever they worked was cleaner than how they found it. Kevin went over our new system with us from the two furnaces and coils in the attic, to the two new condensers at the side of the house, to the new Wi-Fi thermostats we?d requested. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new heating/air system and highly recommend the Right Choice to anyone in need of heating/air system maintenance or replacement. In my opinion, it would be pretty hard to find a company and staff any better than what you will find with The Right Choice Heating and Air Inc.

It went very well. Joseph the technician was very informative. He took his time to explain what will be done and the current state of my furnace and compressor. He even went as far to install a couple vents in ceiling that I bought new. (great customer service) I will definitely use Joseph for future services. HJ Bercy

The owner, Daniel, came to light the pilot light on our furnace. He said it wasn't safe and that we needed a new one. We sat down to discuss our options. He told us "all our options" and then let us decide, "no pressure". We opted to replace the whole system. The very next day the installers came and installed the system. The installers were very polite, helped me with any questions, showing how to work the new thermostat, etc. Two days later we had some more questions about the price, we called the office and left a message for Daniel to call. Our phones went out that night so he couldn't get through to us. He made a special trip to our house to answer our questions. He is a good and honest man. We would recommend him and his company to all our friends and family.

These guys are 100% in my book!! I called few times cause we all have to deal with this heat this way or another.. When most companies were too expensive or didn't even answer their phone the Right choice Heating And Air came thru BIG TIME!! Joseph and Daniel were very helpful and kind, did all the extra work for free. we installed a new Trane Heat pump ac system System and new Air Scrubber system to clean the air Highly recommended!!!

Caveat emptor. Verbal assurances not delivered and quality of service is very very poor. Discussed a sear 18 unit and the contract only called for a sear 16 unit. Was assured of free services. Service did not include searching for air filters, service was hazard. Assistant couldn't find a 5 ton condenser unit in the backyard which I pointed out for him. The rep also didn't check the refrigerant level.

I had right choice install a new AC system to replace my upstairs unit. Because I had a good experience with my Trane product, I felt comfortable replacing with a new Trane product. Over the next few weeks/months a couple of problems reveal themselves. I call to report the issue and Daniel the co-owner was very helpful in working with me to get the problems resolved. One issue was a thermostat and the other was a flow switch. He promptly contacted me nad worked with me overtime to isolate the problems and get the issues resolved. I would highly recommend them to consumers who are looking for a reputable hvac service that stands behind their product and service. I give them 5 stars. good job guys.

First, let me say that every person that we have talked to there has been nice. Then it was all down hill from there. We needed a complete system replacement. They came out and replaced the outside unit, furnace, etc. Immediately after they left, something wasnt right. It was working properly. They came back out and said they fixed the problem. But they didnt. They came back out again and said that because we have a damper system, the system they installed is not compatible and therefore, wont work right so "we will just leave the dampers open.." That is a problem when you have a two story house in Texas in the Summer. It would be 85 upstairs and 74 downstairs and the system would not turn on because it was tied into the downstairs thermostat. I called to get them back out to fix it and they tried to charge me an addition $2200 (I already paid $14,000) because they said I was asking for additional services. I tried to explain that I already paid enough money and I expect to have a working HVAC system. They did not agree, so we went back and forth before they finally came out and "fixed" the problem.. again. It worked for a while. Then we noticed a stain on our ceiling in our livingroom (right below the attic where the HVAC system is located. I went up to the attic and noticed a leak coming from the unit which was dripping into the insulation and to the sheetrock. They came out and said that the installer never put in a key part that keeps the condensation from spilling out. Everything was fine for a while, until last night. We noticed more stains on our ceiling plus a large drip. The stains were going along the beams, almost the entire length of the ceiling. We called them back out and they said that there were two more leaks in the system and those have now been fixed. But we now have damp sheetrock and insulation and soon, mold. I am hoping that they will be out, along with a water damage/restoration company to repair all the damage that has been done to our house. UPDATE: They came out and painted over the stains that the water damage left. We hired a mold inspector to come out and make sure there wasnt any mold present. Again, Everyone who I talked to at The Right Choice Heating and Air has been nothing but nice and professional. We have just been disappointed in the quality of installation and having to call them out to fix numerous problem. I am hoping and assuming our situation is a fluke occurrence with this company. UPDATE #2: I wanted to wait until the weather got cold enough to have the heat function of the system kick on to make sure that worked. But it did not work properly. We had someone out (which they were very kind and were out to our house immediately) to fix the problem. Again it was with the way it was installed. The whole system works fine now. A very frustrating experience but at least they were very kind and caring during the 9 month process of getting the system to work properly. UPDATE #3 Just when we thought everything was in working order, I happened to go in the attic this afternoon and found another leak coming from the unit. I have no words. I really hope that they don't have this many issues with all the systems that they install. I am hoping we are just the "lucky" ones and this is a fluke. We have needed at least 10 visits from repair men from this company since March 2015.

The discount didn't appear to be much compared to other companies in the Dallas area. The 'kids' (couldn't have been much more than 17 or 18 yo) showed up and explained what they were going to do. They tried to convince me to upgrade with the allergy prevention cleaning which would have driven our costs up to the $800 range. Other than the sales job I wasn't that impressed with their knowledge. When they were done I asked them if they were sure they had put the vents back on all of them and they assured me they had. I didn't have time to walk through to make sure they had done so on all 38 vents. Shortly after they left I found 3 vents that had not been put back on. I called the company they assured me that they would send someone back out 2 days later (first time they had someone available). I waited at the designated time and none showed up. I never received a followup call. I had a handyman on location and he offered to put them back on for me. I don't recommend this company.

This was purchased as a Big Deal - they were to clean all the ac vents, plus an additional cost for the dryer vent. They hooked up a machine to one vent on either side of the house and I'm assuming that was supposed to be cleaning the vents. One of the service persons went into the attic, took pictures of the units, and proceeded to give me prices for cleaning the entire system, something about a UV light and an air scrubber, plus miscellaneous other services they said I needed. I declined the additional services, however, since then, almost all of my white ceiling vents are now black and my white textured ceilings are grey. I have tried to scrub the vents and they can't be cleaned. My white return vents are also extremely dirty. I'm not sure what they did, but I am much worse off now than I was before they "cleaned" my vents. I have tried to send them emails to discuss this problem and my emails are being rejected by their server. The owner of the Company called me upon receipt of my review and was extremely apologetic for my dissatisfaction with the services. He sent one of his employees over to look at the problem, and took steps to remedy my concerns. He refunded my entire purchase price and I can honestly say he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. This matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Technician was very knowledgeable in the a/c and repair field. He arrived on time and was very friendly and explained everything to me in a way that was very easy for me to understand! He showed me what he was doing and explained it to me every step of the way. The technicians name that came by was Shawn. If you call this company make sure to ask for him and you will definitely have a great experience! So make sure to ask for him!
