The Bath & Kitchen Showplace (Div of Moore Supply)

It did not go well.  Our contractor sent us to this showroom since the Dallas Morrison Showrooms are closed and being relocated.  He referred us specifically to Monica and told us to call for an appointment.  Took a while to find available time on her schedule but when we did meet she was very cordial and helpful.  We picked everything, priced everything and she said she would e-mail the estimate.  It didn't come the next day, nor the next and it took a few calls from us to finally get it.  We asked her to price something else and that took longer than expected too.
We called to order a couple of the items while we still considered what other things we wanted to buy or choose alternates.  She didn't call back.  We went back to the showroom to look at something, asked for a price on a couple of other items, and told her we wanted to order a couple of things.  She was anxious to leave as 4pm was her scheduled end of shift.  The new prices did come the next morning, but no call so we could place an order.  The new estimate also lowered some prices from the original estimate and corrected some mistakes that she discovered.  We called and left a message one more time to order things.  Never heard back.  We had to go ahead and order all of the components online or get them at local stores.  Turned out cheaper that way, but I would have ordered from her just because of the three hours we spent with her at the first meeting. 
When things were being installed it turned out that she left out a critical component.
