Spoke with Aaron from T Rock they were swamped with work after a month of rain in Texas.  But since our roof had a leak they deem it a higher priority and referred me to Clear Choice.  Obviously there is some type of business relationship there.  Chris from Clear Choice came out, assessed the roof and resolved the leak.  Couldn't be happier thanks to two good roofing companies that care more about customer satisfaction than building their own empire.  Thanks for the team work and keeping my family dry.

The originally scheduled technician could not come at the specified time but Aaron offered to come over in an hour. He was then able to find another technician to come the same day. I can't remember his name at the moment, but I have to say that his customer service was top grade. He took the time to discuss a weird leak in the roof and was very diligent with his work. The best example of work ethic and customer service was when he had put his ladder away and then went back on the roof when I mentioned about a leak in the water heater vent. He also called me a couple of days later when it rained heavily to check if there were any leaks. A+ service all around

There was some missed communication between the boss and his helper which could be frustrating. But they eventuallly worked it out. With the recent rains, we noticed some leakage in the house at the places they had fixed. The reply was, however, immediate and they are coming to check and remediate according to their warranty. Good sign!

"I appreciate your input however if the price was a "D" why would you not use someone else? The leaks that occurred are going to be fixed eventhough they are not coming from the targeted areas. West rivets take care of every issue quickly and professionally. Minot sure why we received such horrible grades on anything as we were in time, same day, scheduled with the Project Manager within minutes of you calling and we did a great job. We are even going to fix extra stuff for free now. Pleas change your rating to a better grade as I don't think we deserve it. Thank you, Aaron Sadler 214-244-3619"

The person they sent was not very professional and did not find the source of the leak.  (They couldnt fit me into the schedule for over a week and it rained the whole time so there was a ton of damage by that point).  Not finding the source, he recommended to just re-roof the entire area.  I found another company subsequently who DID find the problem-- it was a minor gutter issue.  So glad I didn't reroof the whole area!  First of all, it would not have helped the problem.  I had asked the guy to send me a quote to reroof the area when I thought that was the only solution.  A week later I still didn't receive the quote.  I called the company, who had him call me and explain.  He was upset I called the company instead of him directly.  He backtracked and said he emailed me the quote and I mustn't have received it. I verified he had the correct email address, which he did, so I have to wonder.  I asked for my $$ back for the diagnosis. They did refund my money.

Outstanding service and quality. A J was running ahead of schedule so showed up early after calling to make sure that was OK. He was extremely courteous and a total professional. The roof was in pretty good shape; just needed some repairs from recent wind damage. He described the repairs that were needed without trying to sell services I didn't need. In less than two hours the work was complete. I will definitely remember T-Rock the next time I need roofing work

Bought an Angie's list deal on Saturday May 30, 2015 for $99 which covered roof maintenance up to $375. They called me that very day and because they were already planning to be in Plano that day for another customer, they said they'd call me 30 minutes before they could arrive. Later that day, they called and said they were on their way. They went into the attic and onto the roof and then explained that there were several repairs to be made: I needed some shingles replaced and some sort of underlay sheet replaced in one spot (that's where the leak was which caused me to call in the first place). I also need a boot jack replaced that cracked and was likely going to lead to another leak, plus a few other spots that just needed some extra caulk. Without the Angie's list deal it would have cost me $280 which seems reasonable to me but since I had bought the deal, all the repairs were covered. 
I was really impressed. This was after weeks of rain and many bad storms. I'm sure that they were busy but they still got to me in the same day. Their website said they didn't work weekends but I guess because of the storms they stepped up to help people out and gave up up their weekends. I was sure happy that they did!

Roof still leaks only during heavy rains.  He said recaulking might not fix it and they may have to replace the whole section.  Will get them to come back out for an estimate.  In spite of the fact that the roof still leaks, I would use them again.  He told me it was worth trying the recaulking, because it was a cheaper option if it worked.  He was up front with me and very professional.

T Rock Roofing was a pleasure to work with.  We had extensive roof damage from some bad storms in Denton over the years.  I called T Rock Roofing and Juan came out and did an inspection.  He recommended a new roof but in the meantime he patched up some areas on my roof for free because there were some storms coming soon.  Our insurance company ended up approving a new roof and Juan made sure to get us the best possible roof with the best materials and products.  The roofers installed the roof in one day and worked like crazy.  I was very pleased.  Additionally, Juan was very nice and gave us a discount on our deductible.  All in all, I would recommend T Rock Roofing and Juan to anybody needing quality roof repair.

I emailed and then called this contractor. Aaron returned my email within 5 minutes, my call within 24 hours and gave me great advice. Due to the location of the home we are trying to purchase this company would not be available in my needed short notice and weekend hours. However, they provided me with multiple other trusted contractors who also try to help me in short notice. Thanks to Aaron we located a contractor who could come to our potential home on a Saturday to do a Reno estimate. Thanks to this referral today we purchased a new home. I'm very upset at how Angie's List contractors seem to work. I buy the deal, enter my preferred dates, and I expect for the contractor to either a) accept my proposed dates and confirm an exact time, or b) if those dates aren't available, YOU CALL ME AND SCHEDULE NEW DATES. What is this behavior that contractors have where they say "please call us to schedule". Why don't you call me instead? You have my information from Angie s List. I don't have time to micromanage this; the reason I looked for contractors on Angie's List was due to the advertised ease of use and (supposed) focus on the client. There is no ease of use nor and special focus on my needs; these are just big companies trying to push through as much volume as possible at the expense of us users. I want a refund and I will never again use this contractor or anyone else on Angie's List for that matter (this is the 2nd time this happens to me).

Highly professional and friendly service. After the Inspection, I asked the inspector to be honest as to the extent of repair that was deemed necessary. He was honest and offered to repair the main areas for a fair price. I would definitely hire them again.
