T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing.

Doyle was very responsive and honest in diagnosing two different issues. For one issue he recommended going back to Angie’s List to find someone for window repair and for the other issue he recommended a plumber. A few minutes after making those recommendations and leaving, Doyle came back and re-examined the window issue and diagnosed the leak as cracked trim, which he and an assistant sealed and we’ll continue to monitor.

We are very pleased With T-Rock. We had Bob as our consultant that we worked with! He was amazing!! He listened to every concern we had and addressed them. He was very friendly and professional. Many people in our neighborhood got new roofs this season, but when T-Rock did ours, they started and completed in the same day! Many others took more than one day and I noticed that those houses had signs in the yard well before those roofing companies even started working!!! I would definitely recommend T-Rock as a roofing company!!! They are located in DFW and have been around for years!!!

They were creative and really gave both of my bathrooms a really updated and classy look.I love it!Did I mention very reasonably priced?!?!Highly recommend!

They were incredibly responsive and prompt in assessing the problem. They were also very fast in resolving the issue since we had a rodent coming in and out. Once the work was done, we had a few additional concerns not part of the first round of issues...and they came back out and resolved within days. Doyle was 100pct about our needs, our service, and fixing our problems. Wasn't about him in the least bit. They went above and beyond. Would never switch horses after finding this one!

They were friendly and came over in the middle of the night. Showed up and helped direct my parents in a crisis. They kindly helped gather belongings, load them up and move them safely to a temporary Living space until all the repairs could be done.

Doyle Story from T Rock came out and promptly diagnosed the problem. Also looked over entire roof to see if any other issues might be hiding. Got my quote quickly. I had 3 other companies out . All very good.. I just really liked Doyle’s approach. Julian who works with Doyle has been with him for over 25yrs... that counts with me. No sub contractors and I am very choosy about whom I have around my home. They showed up on Monday and everything was fixed in approximately 4 hrs and they cleaned up there work area. Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future. Time frame came out on a Tuesday and I accepted there bid on a Friday.. work done that following Monday!!! We had replaced a water heater and had to reseal the steam vent in the roof. Called T Rock and they showed up promptly and took care of the job. Was a pleasure working with them and will definitely hire them for future roofing needs.

better than expected. i spoke with Sam Rogers about the trouble i was having with my gutters overflowing. he came to my house the very next day, first appointment. he texted me he was on the way, when he got there, sent pictures of the trouble and pictures of the solution. he didnt charge me for his quick visit, but rather sent me a quote for products to keep leaves out of my gutters. i am very impressed with his timeliness and professionalism. and for solving it for me in 15 minutes and not charging me a crazy amount of money.

Had a roof leak after all of the recent rain. Roofer that installed roof said th y couldn’t come until the end of November, not much help with all the rain in the forecast. Found a deal from this company on Angie’s for roof repair and inspection for $79. Claimed the deal on Sunday and received a call from Doyle a few minutes later. Explained my situation and he said he could come out the following day. They arrived as scheduled and found and repaired the leak in short order. Would highly recommend!!!

Sam Rogers has done three roofs for us, twice with storm damage and once when we bought a home in need of the new roof. He did all of the storm repairs when he did the roofs (gutters, AC repair, large fence repair, water remediation, etc.) Sam always took care of all of the repairs quickly and helped us with insurance challenges. Sam is a trained and licensed insurance adjuster and knows what insurance companies are looking for, and will be able to help with working through that complicated process. Sam also built a large patio for us at our previous house that we loved. He will make sure it is all done with quality, and you'll be satisfied when he's done.

Doyle Came out within 24 hours of me requesting service and on a Sunday. He fixed a hole in our chimney flashing on the spot! Great service and I definitely would recommend them for any roofing job.

Doyle was very responsive and professional. As was his expert that came out to fix our roof which was leaking at a seam where the roof met the upstairs wall. The service man was very thorough and showed real concern to be sure to cover all the bases to get the leak fixed right. After 3 weeks of downpours off and on there have been no signs of leaking from that area! Nice work! I will say the price was high for the time/material that it took to fix it. But I'm very satisfied with the end result. I would hire T Rock again.
