"Mr. [Member Name Removed] Thank you for taking the time to post this very positive review and thank you for your business. We strive for our customers to have 100% satisfaction with their project experience. I have said for many years that I believe there are three things that a home owner myself included wants from a home improvement. Best PRICE, We are not the low price provider, We only use the best products available and in a bath remodel that in my opinion is extremely importmant. I refer to our bath room remodeling business as High Tec bath remodeling. You have seen the difference in the products we use. One of which guarentees against leaks for 20 years. Longest warranty in the industry. The second thing is QUALITY work. I will admit there are a lot of companies who do quality work but they can be hard to find. No one is going to give you a referance from an unhappy customer. I believe that is the reason most folks look at reviews on the internet. Lastly is TRUST you have to be able to trust the people that are coming in your home and the company they work for. I think we shine the most here. All our people are back ground checked, insured and bonded. Statewide Remodeling has been in business for almost 23 years and will be here in the future if you need us Frank Manzare EVP/Partner"
"We do solicit work around recently completed jobs. I checked with our scheduling department and they do show that the original appointment was reset and that there was interest from the homeowner to get a quote. We do try to get all interested parties present when we make a quote. We have found after 22 years in business and giving free estimates the whole time we end up having to make multiply trips to answer questions to others that are involved in the decision making process but not present on the first visit. This results in having to reset other appointments to go back a second or sometimes a third time. We have considered doing what other companies do and charge for the estimate but have found the current process is accepted by 98% of the people we talk to My apoligizes for interupting your dinner and not getting you the quote. Thank you for your time Frank Manzare VP/Partner Statewide Remodeling"
"We only quote work that we know we can do with a positive result. I am not aware of all the circumstances here but the review does not make sense. If we refused to do work we would explain why and quote accordingly. I am somewhat surprised it took this customer 6 estimates before they found a contractor who would meet their budget. We are not the low cost provider on any work we do. When I started this company with my partner in 1994 our goal was the best product's with the best warranty at a fair price and i would say after 22 years in business and 50,000 completed jobs we are still committed to that end. When low price is the finale objective get ready for hidden costs after the job starts and in many cases a contractor who is out of business because they did not include enough profit in their jobs to maintain their business long term. Frank Manzare EVP/Partner"
"Ms. [Member Name Removed] Thank you for letting us know. They should use drop cloths & shoe protectors. I qill follow up Frank Manzare EXP/Partner"
"This customer signed a contract for the complete job. in that contract it states in writting what the cancelation fee is. This customer also signed a notice of right of Rescission which states the period in which they can cancel without recourse. This customer decided to cancel after the rescission date and materials had been ordered. Some materials can be returned but there is a restocking fee from suppliers. Some material that may be of a custom nature cannot be used on other jobs or returned. If no work has been done I don't understand how they can say they are not satisfied with the quality of what they are paying for? They selected the materials and the nature of the work. They then decide to cancel after the rescission date and get upset with us? They also say no work has been started but review says work has been completed? Frank Manzare VP/Partner Statewide Remodeling"
"We will quote each customer two prices. One is the current offer which is good for at least 30 days. We then offer a appointment saver discount which is good on the first visit. We do this to reduce resetting the same appointment multiply times. If the homeowner sees what they like and are ready to move forward this saves both of us time and money. We tell the customer that we know this is not for everyone and the current offer price stands so they have time to shop around. We are not the low cost provider. We offer the best products with the best warranties in the industry and with 22 years in business we will be here to service our work after the sale. We won't cut corners to offer a low price. Sometimes what seems like a simple job to the home owner is much more complex. especially when you open the wall behind a shower in a house that is 30-40 years old. Thank you for allowing us to quote your job. My apoligizes for not being able to meet your budget Frank Manzare EVP/Partner"
