"My apoligies for the problems you have had with your project. I will look into this Asap as I was not aware of any of this. We certainly have no problem with home owners getting several bids if the like. We give a total turn key price and do not break the job down to piece work or pricing. This should have been explained to you when you signed your order? The pre site person who comes out several days after the agreement is ok'd would have been able to confirm that as well. I don't know why this you feel you are on the hook with Green Sky Finance? If the job is not done correctly and you tell Green Sky that they will contact us to see why you are not happy. I would certainly never tell anyone we don't make mistakes because we install sever hundred jobs a month and sometimes we are going to make mistakes. When we do we will correct them. If you have given us that oppertunity and we have failed to the point that you do not want us back out I will pay for a contractor of your choice to make the necessary repairs per the original agreement you have with my company. We are not the low cost provider but with 23 years in business we stand behind our products with industry leading warranties that include workmanship for as long as you own your home. "I would say bullied is an over statement. I have explained our pricing policy here several times. We do offer what we call an appointment saver discount on our first visit. Because of the volumne of appointments we have daily it costs us money & upsetes customers when we have to reschedule current appointments to go back and see previous appointments. We tell every customer that this may not be for them. The decision is theirs. There is no bulling. I checked our service log and could find no services on this customers windows. If there is a problem with our products we are here to take care of it. With over 20 years in business in the central Texas market we do not negelict our customers.
