+ -1 moreWhen house had hail damage and my insurance company paid the claim, the check was made payable to the repair company, my husband and I, and the mortgage company. The mortgage company held the check until the work was finished meaning the repair company and I had to pay for the work months before getting reimbursed by RMS.
