I rented with Post Properties for over 12 years. The management at uptown village was incredibly rude the entire time I lived there. They nickel and dime you on move out. They charge the same as new properties in the area when these are falling apart with mold everywhere. When the upstairs neighbor walked (and i met her and she couldn't have been more than 105 lbs). our glasses in the cabinets rattled. The noise factor was unbelievable - you could hear people breath in the next apartment. The building is falling apart - sprinkler systems and pipe systems constantly bursting in the walls when it gets cold. Maintenance was prompt and that is about the only plus. It was like living in a college dorm. Vomit on the building entry after the weekend. Drunk people passed out on the side walks - and not the homeless - but actual residents. Residents refuse to pick up their dog poop and so it was everywhere - even on the stairs in the building. Never enough parking and my car was hit multiple times in the parking garage. I would say if you want to live in the area it is worth it to pay a little more to live in a newer property just so you don't have to deal with Post and their dilapidated buildings.

The maintenance was very responsive, within 24 hours they would have someone out to fix your problem. It's very quiet you can't hear your neighbors, it was very well made. Their are no pests, never saw a bug there. The management was great and they will work with you on whatever you need.
Description of Work: I lived their for two and half years.
