I’ve used them numerous times, about 6 times, and they’ve been an absolutely perfect company to work with! I’d highly recommend them. The workers are extremely professional and extremely neat in everything they do. They take their time, are very personable, and do a great job overall! This is the only company in the last 15 years that I’ve taken the time to go onto their website to write a good note about them.

Great group to deal with!  They came out and gave an estimate of several services, including pressure washing a large back patio and outdoor furniture, washing windows and cleaning an entry way floor.  Went with the latter two services.  The technicians showed up on time and worked non-stop for 5 1/2 hours, cleaning by hand my  windows and storm windows (all of which had to be disassembled) and polishing the very old and tired entry hall floor.  They cleaned the windows with squiggies, including the outdoor windows; no pressure hose used here!  One window had been etched because of the sprinklers hitting it and they said they worked hard to get that one clean - they were concerned because they could still see the etching but frankly, I couldn't.  Everything sparkled!  I had a metal mobile hanging in a covered area outside in front of one window and I noticed after they left that it was cleaned too!

The entry hall floor probably had never been professionally cleaned in the 60+ years in the house.  They tested a portion of the floor, decided they needed to polish it 4 levels to get rid of the scratches.  Really worked on getting the grout cleaned.  Turns out my dark brown grout was really supposed to be pink - who knew?  The floor shined up amazingly well.  And they spent time making sure my furniture and rugs was properly placed back on the dry floor. 

I decided to clean my own furniture while they were there and realized that I needed a gasket for the hose.  They had a gasket on the truck, shaped it to fit my hose and gave it to me at no charge.  Now I know a gasket is not an expensive thing but this is just a demonstration of how this company treats their customers - very thoughtful!  My mother also had them come out and do her windows and she too was thrilled with their services.  Will be hiring this group again. 

It was fine. They did a good job. They were thorough and friendly. When they were doing it they noticed a few of the windows were unlocked. They reminded me so they were very safety conscience.

They are good. I would give them my recommendation. They did a good job. The stick with it until it was finished even though it meant working late into the after hours.

They did good. they were a little overpriced but they did good work. They were timely.

I was satisfied. They put filters in them, like a leaf trap so things do not go down the downspout. They are more expensive than I can afford, so I don't use them as often as I would like.

I have used this company for years for window cleaning and just recently scheduled them to change several lightbulbs in my 20-foot ceilings. As usual, they were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and acted professionally. They have historically been prompt, do a great job and are polite. Everyone I've dealt with at the company is helpful and courteous. Will continue to use them.

They were on time, did a good job, moved things around to get the job done, and were polite throughout the entire process. The approximate cost includes large windows in a 2-story home, and the price was reasonable. I'm happy with their services.

They came by for an estimate shortly after our call. We were able to schedule the work within a few days. There were two men who took about four hours to do the work. Exterior window cleaning was done with a water powered brush. Individual parts of the chandelier were cleaned by hand. The men, in uniform, were personable and efficient. They wore shoe covers for interior work. We received the Angie's discount and the free cleaning of two porch lamps as listed in their business summary.

Paneless Window Cleaning was highly rated on Angie's List. I went to the companie's website and filled out a service order. I received a phone call the same day and they were able to schedule cleaning service for a few days later. Because of inclement weather the service had to be rescheduled for 4 days later. The crew of two arrived on time and the work was finished within 2 hours. The windows were shiny and so was the white trim - even for a perfectionist like me. I was also reminded of the company's 30-day residential rain warranty before the crew left.

The team that were on site were quick, efficient and stayed on task the entire time. They were also very cheerful and courteous. They worked hard -- and made us aware of things that they noted when cleaning (crack in window, etc).

They were very professional. They had trouble getting to one of my windows to clean, so they did another service instead. The only problem was when they went to clean one of my ceiling fans, it disconnected from the ceiling. The bracket was bad so they couldn't finish that. Overall they did a good job. It might have been a little more expensive than what I thought because I thought the quote included the interior blinds and it didn't.

Everything went really well. They did really good work and were very professional. The windows were properly done, and I would use them again.

Estimate was not accurate - price kept getting higher Screens, parts of the gutter - including the leaf covers were not put back and scattered all over the yard so I wasn't able to find it for some time. ( I can't climb up to the gutters - that's why I hired someone.)

Overall, this was a very good compnay. They were quick to answer my call, gave me a phone estimate, and were on time for the scheduled appt. The only problem is the estimate was inaccurate (because I had storm windows, which were more expensive to clean).
