I was in panic mode! Just spent $$$$ to have new St. Augustine sod planted in the many bare areas in my lawn. The landscaper advised me to water the lawn three times per week. When the sprinklers ran the first time, one zone stopped early, another zone did not run at all and yet another zone would not stop running until the controller was unplugged. In addition, several sprinklers were not operating properly, and some sprinklers had been improperly covered by new sod pieces. After some quick research on Angi, I called Moore Sprinkler Company. They made a special effort to get to my yard that same day, and their team of two technicians spent 1.25 hours locating all of the problems and correcting them with adjustments and new parts. The entire sprinkler system is now working great! I will certainly call Moore again for sprinkler system maintenance and repairs.

We are having our fence extended and the company sliced the underground irrigation wires in several places so the fence work had to be halted until sprinkler wiring was repaired. We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. I couldn't believe they were open and the lady on the phone was super helpful, so my husband asked if they did repairs and the answer was yes! So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable.

Absolutely fantastic. Job done very professionally. Charge is straightforward and upfront. 2 persons work together and they waste no time. The total service took 1 hour and 15 minutes, that extra 15 minutes is charged as 15 minutes rather than an entire hour. They gladly honored their 10% coupon. It's difficult to find a fair and honest services nowadays, at least for the electrician, plumbing, lawn irrigation, etc. services I sadly encountered recently. Moore Sprinkler is on my dial in future needs.

I need to have a significant amount of work done to my sprinkler system, and am even considering putting in a brand new system. This company said I would have to schedule a repair appointment with a minimum charge of $135 for them to give me an estimate. I understand a base charge for small repairs, but for a major project this makes no sense. I guess they are not interested in the additional work or new customers.

They were extremely kind & prompt. The dispatcher was very patient and listened to our problem as well as took time to explain what might be the cause. We had an urgent leak and they accommodated us almost immediately to at least estimate what was going wrong and even unexpectedly completed the work same day! Their price was very reasonable. I called on a Tuesday morning and they were able to come out the following day. I received a phone call when the technicians were on there way. I showed them where the issues were and then they got right to work. The techs were very attentive, courteous and thorough.
