One one technician has come to check the traps and it was only after I complained. I haven't heard from him. The traps are still around my house and I can't get anyone to return my calls.
Description of Work: They were supposed to put mouse traps in different areas of the house and attic and they were supposed to block entry points in the garage. In addition, they were supposed to come out twice per week for 30 days to monitor the traps and they were supposed to dispose of anything that was caught and get rid of the traps.

We have been using this company for several years over two separate residences. This company used to be Meyers. Consistently this company will send a service tech out to spray and they will show up for 5 minutes to lay a thin bead of pesticide on the front side of the house. They consistently fail to treat the back half of our house. I have called every time to have the tech come back out to finish their job. I've been told consistently that they have let the tech go, but amazingly enough the same service happens with the "new" tech. This last visit was the final one where we decided that we would not be babysitting the techs anymore and Massey would not get our money any longer. I work from home and can see the tech do their job from inside our house. He showed up for 5 minutes and then left. I went outside to check the job and noticed that he put down on the invoice that he swept the cobwebs on our eaves and applied ant killer granules in our flower beds. The tech did neither of those. Cobwebs were still heavily present around the eaves and no granules were in our flower beds. The bead of insecticide they apply is so small, it can't be effective, not to mention they don't apply it evenly around the perimeter of the house. I have had two separate managers show up at my house explaining they got rid of the tech(s) and had a massive change over. One manager was a district manager and he said they got rid of the other manager. I would stay away from Massey unless you feel like babysitting the service tech. If you don't work from home or have a way of walking the perimeter with them while they are doing the treatment, you most likely are paying for some guy to show up for 5 minutes and do nothing. It's a waste of your money.
