Very professional, helpful.

We called and they asked about what was wrong with our toilet so they could be prepared, they arranged around my wife's schedule to meet us at the house, and offered a lower cost way to deal with the issue. This is just a great company with great representatives/plumbers who are focused on doing what's right for us at a very fair price.

This company did good work. They did not try to up scale the work that needed to be done. They did what they were hired to do. After the work was completed, there was no mess left.

I liked how he gave us tips on how to prevent anything from happening in the future. He was great and very knowledgeable. He was also very generous. I appreciate him very much for his help.

The technician arrived within the time slot I had been given. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing and demonstrated how to do a couple of things in case I need to in the future.

They were prompt, they charged what they said they would, and they were done in a timely manner.

Company handled phone scheduling crisply, and worker came as scheduled. Gave estimate which struck me as very high, but, thinking, incorrectly, that he was charging by the hour and reassured by the Angie's ratings, I accepted it. He did the work in a competent way in about 25 minutes. When I questioned the charge for that amount of time, he said that they charge by the job, not by the time. That was a first for me in dealing with plumbers. So, be warned! If you are going to use this company, get the estimate and their statement of the time it will take to do the job and then decide if you want to pay way over $200 an hour as I did. (I can tell you that I will never be caught like this again.)

We had several sink drains that were clogged, toilets that needed flush times adjusted, and a clogged a/c condensation drain line that was not checked a week earlier by the hvac contractor. This company had great response time, an easy going plumber with simple explanations, and a fair price for each job. Unlike most service companies, this plumber called ahead of arrival and showed up when promised.

They seem like really nice people they were friendly both times they came out. The only problem was that the first time, they unclogged it I guess they didn't do it thoroughly enough, because it clogged up again in a month. I had to pay them again to come out and unclog it and it seems to be doing great now.

They were here on time and they did a tremendous job. Their pricing was also very reasonable, and has been every time that we have used them. We have never been disappointed.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Jessica called to let me know that the tech would be arriving in 20 minutes. He arrived as expected and then got to work. He was friendly, professional, and explained the work that he was doing. The tech also did a good job of cleaning up after he was finished with the work. I feel that the price paid for the work was reasonable. I will definitely contact Hunter Plumbing for future work.

They have been pretty prompt about getting back to me, and scheduling appointments. They are very professional and do the job right the first time. Their prices are pretty fair.

I give them A's on everything! They are reasonably priced, the people that did the work were knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again if I had to and would wait if they had a waiting list even!

The person that came out was very professional and he made sure to keep our house clean, even after he was looking at the crawl space. He was very helpful in telling me what he was doing and he taught me how to prevent the clog in the future so I really liked that.

The work went as planned and the price was as quoted. Nick and his guys are wonderful! I've never had a problem and would highly recommend them.

The experience went really good. They were very professional and respectful about being inside my home. Their pricing was about the average market. They came right when they said they would be here.

The first call to replace the toilet was very satisfactory - punctual, efficient, very pleasant, clean, good price. So I called them again to replace a faucet. Through my own fault - admittedly- I could not get home to let them in, so I had to call last-minute to cancel appointment and apologize. I tried several times subsequently to call and schedule a new appointment, leaving several voice-mails to that effect, since it was impossible to get a live person to answer. They will not return my phone calls - very disappointing and very unprofessional. Would not use again.

Bad, called twice and never received a returned call.

The guy that came out was very personable. The estimate was higher than the final cost. The work performed was satisfactory. I was very pleased with them.

Was able to get a next day service call. The pumber was on time and easy to work with. The work was completed in about 1 hr. The only negative comment I have was that I had to call 3 times over two days to setup a service call. Leaving messages on their service never got me a call back. I had to keep calling until I got a live person.

The pilot light on one of our hot water tanks blows out during storms with very strong winds. Since this is the second time I've had to call them in the last three months and, after determining that all roof vents/caps are in order, Nick suggested I contact a man to build a light barrier wall a couple of feet above the base of the overflow pans to alleviate some of the draft near the pilot light. We have already replaced two hot water tanks with the new tankless technology and are considering replacing the remaining two tanks, also. Nick sketched out the replacement area and information on the specific water requirements, but here's what I really liked: he suggested we wait before doing anything since there is nothing wrong with the tanks we already have and it seems more practical to wait until we truly need to replace at least one of them before changing them out. He is right, of course. Why fix something that is not broken?

Very professional when the appointment was made. Told the times someone would be there. They called to let us know the person was on their way the morning of the appointment. He was very professional and efficient. We would call Hunter's Plumbing for future service.

Atmos turned off my gas due to a detected gas leak in the middle of February. I had used Hunter before and called them. They showed up the same day to look at the problem. Being that it was the middle of winter, Nick (the proprietor) knew how important it was for us to get the gas back on in a quick manner. Nick's team fixed the leak and detected another small leak in the house which they fixed. Nick arranged for the gas to be turned back on and for the Dallas inspector to inspect the house. The project went very smoothly and the gas was back on before we knew it. Nick and his team did a great job. They were fast, efficient and professional. Jessica was also a pleasure to work with.
