Cory did a great job in inspecting the home. Hard to spot but critical defects he identified shows how experienced he is and how keen his observation skills are. The report he compiled is more than enough without any explanation for anyone to understand where the defect is and what kind of defect it is. Totally worth the money and glad I found greenworks from my friend. They even give a discount if referred through a friend.

Eloy was absolutely amazing! He was so detailed and elaborate in his inspection and reporting we are truly so thankful! Nothing slipped his eye! Also, being a first-time home buyer, I am new to everything, but he was so patient and kind in his explaining all the issues, helping put me at ease, describing what had to be changed and what was a nice to have, and just overall helping me feel better about the process! His report is so organized, thorough, and easy-to-understand. This company shares your information, so be prepared to be hassled after you use their services. The home inspection was fine. What was NOT fine was the solicitation I received during the following week from insurance providers, "home essential service" providers, and Greenworks themselves. Even after I called and asked them to stop, the solicitation continued. Buyer beware.

Eloy did a great job explaining everything to me over the phone as I couldn't attend in person as our transaction is an out of state sale. Eloy provided direct access to himself should I have any follow-up questions. This is my second time engaging GreenWorks and I will happily recommend the company to friends and family. Our first experience was for a property that had a pool, spa, aerobic septic, well, outbuilding with plumbing and electrical and a house. The reason I used GreenWorks in the first place was their ability to provide qualified inspectors to cover these specialties, sending more than one inspector as necessary, plus WDI. True one stop shopping. Both inspectors I dealt with over the phone were professional, patient and above all, knowledgeable. We received the information we needed to make an informed choice both times. The first property we passed on, the second we purchased. I will continue to use GreenWorks for future needs.

Chad was great. Very responsive. He gave me a verbal summary before leaving the house. He expedited the written report since our option period deadline was really tight. He answered several followup questions by phone and text. His insights really helped us make our decision on the home. All the Greenworks departments involved in the process have been terrific.

Our inspector, Greg, did an outstanding job on our inspection. Having fully restored our current home, built in 1890, which served as apartments for 75 years before we purchased it, we're rarely surprised by the neglect people often heap upon their homes. But even we were surprised by how thorough Greg was during his inspection, unearthing multiple issues we had missed Issues that would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars ad possibly more. Greg was attentive, informative, insightful and professional to the highest degree during his inspection of the property. His willingness to go the extra mile to find hidden problems kept us from walking into a situation that would have been something we didn't expect. We can't thank Greenworks and Greg enough for taking the time to do all the little things right. All the little things that genuinely protect potential homebuyers from sellers who don't necessarily disclose everything they should.

We are really happy with how thorough our inspection was. Our inspector was a pleasure to work with and very informative. We would definitely use Greenworks again. Definitely recommend selecting one of the packages available on the website. We were able to include the pool, structural engineering report and reinspection in the price. We are also very happy that they offered an Angie's List discount, and it was not a hassle to have it honored.
