The inspector was very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions during the inspection and went through everything that he found at the end. Would definitely use and recommend again.

Chris was polite, professional, thorough and did not rush us or rush through the inspection. He sat with us and educated us on what he found, how critical it is and whats minor. Well worth the money. Going to use Green Works (Chris L. if possible) again for sure.

Chris was extremely efficient and thorough during his time inspecting our new residence. He provided great feedback on both the condition of the many elements of the house as well as recommendations for fixes and/or modifications. The added thought on ways to help make the house more efficient were well received, especially since, as an Architect, this is one item on my list to review once the purchase of the residence is complete.

Paul inspected my new DR Horton built home and it was well worth the money. He caught several things that were not caught in my walk through with the DR Horton rep that ranged from roof damage to gaps in windows. The inspection was very thorough and the information was very informative. Paul was willing to spend extra time to make sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend you spend the extra money to have your home inspected even if it is a newly constructed home.

The inspection went really well. I was very pleased with their thoroughness and the professionalism.

I was vey impressed with Paul's overall construction knowledge and his ability to communicate to me the specific issue and the reason why it is an issue - from minor issues to serious issues. I will be back for the pre-close inspection and the 11 month inspection.

Our inspector Alex was fantastic. He was extremely diligent, had a great attention to detail and was very thorough in inspecting the property. After he completed his inspection, he spent the time to go over his findings with me and show me any immediate concerns. When I received his report the next day, it was detailed and very clearly written and helped us gain a better understanding of the house we will be living in. He took the time to discuss questions and concerns I had after reviewing the report and gave me sage advice on handling the recommended repairs.

Everyone I spoke to at GreenWorks was responsive, professional and prompt. I needed an inspection on a historic home and the customer service rep I spoke with recommended a particular inspector who had experience with older homes. I was extremely pleased with his service and professionalism. Our inspector, Michael C, was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the unique inspection criteria for a historic home, and overall was a delight to work with. He answered all of my questions and his inspection was extremely thorough. He ended up spending quite a bit of extra time at the property, going above and beyond to make sure he documented every accessible area as thoroughly as possible. He provided some great ideas for maintenance and things we could do to keep the property in great shape, and recommended areas that we may want to pay special attention to.

All went great the inspector that came out made conversation with us on and off then went over the report in detail when done.

Many items were found, several significant, that will now better inform me in choosing to proceed with the transaction. Ideal. We got Mike as our home inspector, and could not have found anyone better. He was extremely detailed to explain essential repair issues with plumbing, roof, and electrical. No matter how big or how small, he found them well. Further Mike, provided a "heads up" on age of HVAC systems and expended life spans. Even better, he discovered the house water heater was under sized at 40 gallons for a 3 bath house. While this water heater was functional, it was great to know before buying the house that we would run out of hot water. All this allows us to budget ahead of time, rather than after we move in. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

This is my third time using Dallas Greenworks!! I called and researched other companies, but I can't find anyone to beat the quality or thoroughness in their work. This was the first time that I've had the opportunity to work with Michael, and his inspection was exceptional (as expected). He allowed me to follow along during his inspection so that I would be better educated as to what to look for when buying a property. I really appreciated that!

Can't say enough about Alex. He was simply great! He was right -on time and he is very detail oriented. He went through every inches of the house and checked all things. I was very very impressed with his patience and he explained all the issues that he was coming across during the inspection. He went above and beyond on his duties.
