Description of Work: Glenn has done work for us in the past so I never hesitate to call him out when I have a new appliance issue. Today he blew me away (in a positive way)! I called him about a problem with our washing machine and after a few specific questions he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained why it would be a poor investment to repair our current machine. I haven't had many repair companies suggest that I save my repair money (better spent on a new washer). Thank you so much Glenn!

Description of Work: Had them install wood look porcelain tile, set with as small a grout line as possible. Workmanship was terrific, working with them was easy, they were very helpful with ideas and suggestions. The floors look great!

Description of Work: I feel bad about writing this review since I think they are reasonable people. I hope this review helps them to focus on streamlining their communication so customers don't suffer. | |Spoke with Glenn about a microwave repair. He was supposed to discuss with his son and have him call me to schedule an appointment soon since I had guests visiting and having a working microwave was important. They never called back. This has happened once in the past and I had to call them a few times to get them to come in. | |This time I just called a more responsive company who came in the same day and took care of this issue.
