Glen's son was here promptly when he said he would be. My washer was leaking water and I was pretty sure it was the pump. It was and he repaired it. However, I had to call another company 3 days later because the washer still wasn't fixed. While what I asked for was done, the washer should have been looked over thoroughly to see that there was something else wrong with it. I ended up buying a used washer for an additional $150 and a service fee of $95. So in total, I spent close to $400 on my washer when I could have bought one outright if I had been aware of the problems from the very first service call.

As mentioned above, we had a lightening strike and all that was left on our refrigerator's display was a single blinking light. It was Saturday when we called, and Glen answered. He took down the model number and said it was due to a circuit board malfunction. Sounded reasonable, so we agreed to the $40 service charge. He was very prompt and showed up with a replacement board. That is where the good news ends. He refused to even look at the refrigerator display (the one blinking light) and started by taking off the back of the fridge. After pulling out the circuit board, there was no apparent damage. In what was termed a "$190 gamble", Glenn replaced the board with a new one he brought with him. It didn't work. After a bit of back and forth, it was decided that he would replace the board with my old one and "try to return the new one". Finally, he looked at the front of the fridge to see the single blinking light (the one I tried to show him at the beginning). At that point, he decided that the front panel was out. We decided on a $50 service charge (as opposed to the $40 agreed to over the phone) for the "extra work involved". The next day, he called to say that the front panel was $170. I waited until Monday to call "John's" instead. Long story short... John's sent out a guy that looked at the display, made a phone call, diagnosed the problem and plugged in a wire in a nook behind one of the drawers. Problem solved. No boards. No big damage. No more than 15 minutes. Glenn might be good with price for the things that actually get fixed, but for me, it was a wasted $50. He is prompt and available on weekends, but to what avail? I gave him good grades in those categories, but would never call him again. I wanted something fixed... not a guy in my house on a Saturday morning. Turns out, all I got was a guy in my house on a Saturday morning. And that cost me $50.

Came over, fixed the problem and happy with service.

Glenn seemed very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with his work. His price was also very reasonable. I will use him again for any appliance maintenance.

Our washer would fill, but would not wash, rinse, or agitate. We saw Glenn's name and A rating on Angie's list, and gave him a call. He asked me the model number of the washer, looked it up and diagnosed the problem on the phone. He gave me a quote over the phone and I told him that sounded fine. He was at our house within 2 hours and corrected the problem promptly. He was courteous and efficient. We will definitely use him again!

Yesterday I called Glenn on a Sunday and he was there within 20 minutes. I was about to have to go to the laundry mat and wash five loads of clothes to make sure I had clothes for work the next day. He came quickly and resolved the issueand I was able to skip the laundry and wash my clothes. He charges the same rate whether it is during the week or weekend. I have used Glenn in the past adn he is always prompt and quick to resolve the issue. He has always been trustworthy and honest.

Glenn put in a part and it worked. He is very prompt, cleans up after himself, charged $100 which seamed very reasonable for this time of year. Finished his job and was on his way in less than an hour.

Glenn came and repaired my whrilpol diaswasher that was leaking.he put in a new part i paid him he said thank you and left.

The repairman was at the house in less than hour and fixed the problem quickly and cheaply. I highly recommended this repair service.
