He bent frame back so the door closes a bit easier now. He ordered a new frame and we expect to see him once the part comes in.

I called to ask for repair on freezer, which was not keeping things frozen and ice-maker not making ice. First of all, they answer the phone 'Hello' instead of a like a professional business. They had a technician call me and come out. He said it could be one of two things. He pulled out the fridge from the wall and thought it was due to dust in the condenser or something and he did advise us that it would make a huge mess. Well, it really did. Instead of using a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust, he used a yard blower and made a dust cloud in the entire kitchen. He said it should be colder in the next few days. Well, it wasn't. It actually got worse. My ice cream was soup and all the items in the freezer now need to be tossed. I called not once but three times to get him to come out to fix it. He did not even return my calls. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Glenn did a great job in finding and fixing the problem to my refrigerator. The freezer side was working well; the refrigerator side was not. It turns out the heater sensor had gone out and was preventing proper airflow into the fridge. He was professional and worked quickly to get the problem resolved. His schedule was pretty tight when I originally called,but he was very apologetic in the scheduling delays and got me in as soon as he could Many thanks to Glenn - I will be calling him again if I ever need any additional refrigerator repairs!

My washer was making horrible grinding noises during the agitation cycle. I was able to reproduce the issue while Glenn was present. He tilted the washer on it's side and discovered the problem. The noise was being caused by the pulley for the drum being lose and the belt on the pulley had slipped of and was rubbing against the plastic guard housing. Glenn took the guard housing off, tighten the pulley and reseated the belt on the pulley. After the repair, my washer no longer made the noise and runs like it's brand new!

I called Glenn first thing this morning, and he was at my house within the hour. Just from my verbal description of the problem with my washing machine over the phone, Glenn knew exactly what was wrong, and he confirmed his own diagnosis upon arrival once he inspected the machine in person. He had our washing machine repaired and running good as new in less than an hour. I honestly have never had better, faster, more punctual service from ANY repairman, ever. I would highly recommend Glenn and will definitely be using his services again for all of our appliance repair needs in the future. He is truly the best!

We called on Sunday evening just before 6 p.m. and he said he'd come out this morning at 8 a.m. which is MEMORIAL DAY!!!!!!!!! After being with a friend in the ER until almost 3 a.m. we had to ask him to postpone an hour so we could get some sleep. He came right on time at 9 a.m.. He is a no nonsense guy who went straight to work. He knew exactly what he was doing. He did a wonderful job very efficiently. He determined the condenser unit fan was broken and he replaced it with a unit that he already had in his truck so we didn't have to wait for him to find a place open on a holiday to purchase the part. He cleaned the condenser coils. (Our ignorance not to take care of those for sure!) He came in, discovered the problem, fixed the problem, and was on his way in approximately 1 1/2 hours and his rates are very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied and will spread the good word about him. We feel blessed for God to have led us to his name on Angie's List!

I called Glenn on a Saturday regarding my garbage disposal. He was very responsive and able to visit my house on the following Monday. On the day of the appointment, I needed to change my service time and Glenn was able to accommodate. And even though replacing the disposal was a difficult task due to how and where it was installed, Glenn had a great spirit and was able to replace my old disposal with a new disposal. I would definitely recommend his services.

Called Mr. Townsend and informed him of problem with washer not working. He was able to come out the next day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the machine in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We have had good experience with Mr. Townsend in the past and were again very pleased with his excellent service.

Glenn was more interested in telling me about his Chevy Tracker then he was in actually fixing my dryer. This whole experience with no resolution cost me $25.

It only took approximately 30-45 minutes to repair. He preformed diagnostics to find out what the problem(s) were. He found the problem and fixed it right then. He is very easy to work with and understand exactly where is going on. Everything is explained before any work is done including the total charges. He has also fix our clothes dryer and we received the same courtesy as we received the first time around. Anyone using Glenn's Appliance service will not be disappointed. He is fair and know about all large and small appliances.

Came out promptly, his prices were great and he solved the problem in thirty minutes. He did a great job!

3/22 Sunday - I called and spoke with Glenn Sr. about a leaking washer. He discussed some options and possible reasons over the phone. He said that his son, Glenn Jr., wouldn't be available until Tuesday and would be in touch with me to schedule his visit. 3/23 Monday - Glenn Jr. called me and said he could come by later in the day. He arrived and spent a bit of time trying to identify where the leak was originating. He finally found a dispenser/hose assembly that seemed to be spot. He proceeded to wrap the hose with electrical tape. I questioned this and he said that his dad taught him this technique and that it always works. After putting everything back together he left. Not long after, my wife attempted to do laundry and the leak was worse than before. I called Glenn Jr and he said he would have to order the part and that he could be back to install it on Wednesday as Tuesday was his birthday. 3/25 Wednesday - I called Glenn Jr, he said he wouldn't be coming out because the wrong part was received. 3/26 Thursday - I called Glenn Jr, he said he couldn't come because right the part wasn't received yet. 3/27 Friday - Glenn Jr arrived and quickly installed the new dispenser, briefly ran the washer, cleaned up and left. Later that day, my wife used the washer and found it was still leaking in same spot. The leak wasn't as much as before but still appearing. 3/28 Saturday - I called Glenn Jr and informed him the washer was leaking in the same spot. He got upset and said he needed to talk with his dad about what to do next since dad is the expert. I didn't hear back so I called Glenn Sr and he told me he knew nothing about working on those parts and would call me back. Couple hours later he called and asked for details about the leak: size and location. Never heard back from anyone.

I called at 1:00 p.m. and spoke to Glenn . He told me he would call as soon as he left the job he was on with a time of arrival. He did so and was right on time. He came in and already had a good idea what was wrong. 15 minutes later he was out the door with dishwasher repaired. I was amazed with his knowledge and quickness with the repair, and fair price.

He could tell very quickly what was wrong and said it was cost prohibitive to repair. It would be better to buy a new washer.

Glenn and his son were great, very responsive, out to the house within two hours of calling. The problem ended up needing a plumber, was just charged $40 for the visit. Would use them again.

Friendly, quick and reasonable. Nice experience. Plus I had just earlier reviewed Glenn and put in the wrong scoring, so I've fixed it.

His Dad answered the phone and took all the details about the problem and the dryer. Glenn came out on a Saturday afternoon and fixed our dryer in 15 minutes. He is nice and he is knowledgeable. I love guys like this.

Glenn Jr. was punctual and professional. I've also used this company before for my dryer and washing machine so I plan on using them again in the future.

Glenn diagnose my problem over the phone and after looking up the washer and figuring out the fault code and troubleshooting symptoms, they came to the conclusion that the washer was unrepairable. But before he came to that conclusion he gave tips and tricks to try to get washer running without the fault code showing up. My problem was that in the middle of the wash the machine would stop washing and I would have to restart the machine to finish the wash. It the end the machine needed a new computer board and LG don't make it anymore. He also gave me some tips on which brands that hold-up better over time and that's easier to repair. Glenn was well polish and easy to talk too and you could tell that he was very knowledgeable about the product.

Everything went well. The tech was running late but gave me a call. Everything is working well now. He came to replace my fridge at first and then was able to fix my ancient washer. The fridge needed a new motor. He was friendly, professional, and very courteous.

This is a small two man business with excellent service and a great reputation over many years. They are customer focused in the truest sense and affordable. Their fees are related to the time and parts involved. Pricing and service were excellent.

We set up a time for the service call and a price. Mr Townsend called before his arrival, showed up with all parts necessary and went to work. It turned out that the problem was not as severe as anticipated (did not need to replace electronic components) just some resetting of items. The only charge was the service call. Mr Townsend explained everything and showed me how to identify and resolve the problem in the future. I would highly recommend Glenn's Appliance Service. The Townsends are professional, responsive, reliable and efficient.

Glenn responded quickly to our request for a service call. We called at 8am, he arrived at our house shortly after noon the same day. It took a little while to work out where the leak was, but once he found it, he got the part and installed it promptly the same day. The cost of the repair was about half of what I expected. A pleasure to have him in our home, and a joy to find someone reliable to do the work. Will recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Our washer wasn't working and after some internet searching, I determined it was probably a broken lid switch. My husband and I considered fixing it ourselves, but we needed it working again quickly, so we decided to avoid the hassle of ordering parts and call someone to fix it for us. I found Glenn through Angie's List. He was easy to work with - had a little trouble finding our house, but called for directions on the way. Some people might not like his style but he is an old-fashioned no-nonsense repairman and stays on task. When we arrived, he looked at the washer and agreed that the problem was the lid switch, fixed the problem and then was on his way. The entire visit probably took 30 minutes, just the way I like it!
