I use Geico Insurance.  They could be a little bit faster, a lot of steps you have to go through.

I have had this insurance for at least three years. They are easy to get in touch with because they have 24-hour service. If I have a problem they have been immediately responsive. As things have happened in our lives they usually have taken care of us; they refunded some money to us once when our son got married, even though we forgot to tell them.

I am looking for a change now because one can be a good driver, one can go six years without ever having an accident and they just never drop the insurance. One never see it go down like with other insurance companies that I see around. If one has been with them for some years and never had an accident you go down in the price. Geico Insurance is too expensive. For 6 months, I pay $1600 for 2 cars. So now I am seeking to find somebody else.

So far, they have been responsive and easy to work with. However, I haven't had a claim, so I don't really know.

They are reasonbaly priced. Its easy to get it all set up online and you can print out your insurance card online. They are the easiest. I was all ready to go and it only took me only 12 minutes.

I called Geico to report a hit and run. I had the plates of the car company that hit me, police report, and witness, Geico answer when i try to put my claim: and quot;Call the Insurance of the car that hit youand quot;
I did mention it is a hit and run so why should I have it,Second, then why am I paying Geico for?
I had to give the same answer not to one but to people at Geico.

I have been using Geico for four or five years for insurance coverage services. I decided to use Geico because of the premium.

The lady that worked with me regarding getting a quote was very professional and kind throughout the entire process. I ended up getting auto insurance. Would recommend them to others. You could tell she enjoyed her job and enjoyed helping others.

I have had late claims and they were good.

They got us through all the accidents that have happened to us. The last time we used them was for the car rental. The very first person we talked to said that they would handle that and they said to just give them the claim number and the phone number. They said that they would call and get it started for us, so they did and then we got another letter from the car rental companies, which were one of those nasty letters. We called Geico and spoke to somebody different and they punched in the numbers for the case number and they could tell us what was said, what was done, what they did and how we proceed next. We like that they answer our questions, follow through and they are prompt, and we have never had to wait. We have talked to many people there over the years and every single person we have talked to always knew the answers and did not have to ask anybody else how to do it. We had a $100 deductible from them and then it cost me the administrative fee and the appraisal fee. We also have home insurance and my son's college saving through them. I will continue to use them in the future.

They increased my bill so I changed companies. They were excellent for the most part. The customer service answered all of my questions. They were friendly and it was a good experience.

It has been almost 2 weeks. I have emailed and called and have received no response.

GEICO was not my insurer, but that of the other party in the accident. Their process was estremely user friendly. I was very impressed.

They have been great! We are fortunate enough to not have been in an accident, but they make it easy to pay bills on their website and they are reasonably priced. When we had hail damage, they were very accommodating and it was really easy to get everything fixed. Their process was excellent.

OK SERVICE AND COVERAGE. I FOUND BETTER RATES AT ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NICE AND POLITE, I SAVED MORE GOING ELSEWHERE.

BILLING IS ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT SLOW ON CLAIMS AND CONTACTING THEM IS A NIGHTMARE.
