They were quick to respond and worked with my schedule to give me an estimate, as well as scheduling the install. I had a new chimney cap fabricated and installed due to a leak from the old one which was over 24 years old. Everything went well, and while I'll have to wait until we get a good hard rain before I know if the leak issue was installed, I will say that Eddie and his crew were quick, punctual, and professional. Very pleased with the service.

I would recommend this company for your chimney inspection/cleaning. The appointment was easy to schedule and they did a great job with m inspection and cleaning. I recently purchased a home and wanted an inspection before using my fireplace. The job was done efficiently and a deep cleaning was done to assure the safe use of my fireplace.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
They came in and looked at our house. They were not professional looking. They sent us a quote and wanted us to make a decision on the spot which I was not a fan of. They clean the ducks which were great. However one would think there is a cleaner method than blowing stuff out of all the vents and then cleaning up the disbursement on the ground, chairs, everywhere. Why not block off the ducks or put a trash bag over all of the vents. Maybe that is the standard procedure but I would think there are ways to improve. They were honest with us about replacing our chimney which was good information and they were practical in ways of cleaning the dryer vents. The cost for cleaning ducts was higher than two other quotes we received.

Office people were friendly and helpful. Service reps were out the next day to inspect and quote for a chimney sweep and did not recommend or sell what was not needed. Work was then performed right after the quote and we are done.

Would absolutely recommend this company! Very quick to respond, very professional, knowledgeable and quality of work was great. Very happy with experience overall. We hired for dryer duct cleaning and gas fireplace cleaning and repair. They communicated well what to expect throughout the process and cleaned everything up before they left. My only comment would be I wish they would’ve worn shoe covers inside, but with that said they did a very good job cleaning up once the work was done. Would definitely hire again!

He never actually cleaned the chimney, only said it was missing pull chain and the chimney was clean. It had never was used.

"Our technician performed a deep chimney cleaning. We also provided a quote for a repair to the fireplace. We do not know why customer claimed we did not clean the chimney. We tried calling multiple times after the service to follow up but the customer never answered and did not respond to voicemails for clarification or resolution."
