Jon is very knowledgeable and professional. The only time he is hard to reach is when he is vacationing in some remote area of Colorado which doesn't get cell phone service. However he only does this when he has no jobs scheduled, so you just need to wait til he gets back and he'll contact you right away. He completed our work quickly and was great to work with. He backs his work with a warranty. I've recommended him to several of my friends. His prices, as mentioned before, are very reasonable.

We recently bought our home in Lakewood; and we chose Experience Audio Video to handle all of our audio video needs. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! By the time Experience Audio Video finished, they'd improved the setup in every room in the house. To begin with, we had them install speakers in every room, complete with a separate volume control in each. In the family room, the only room already wired for surround sound, we had Experience Audio Video upgrade to surround sound 5.1. We also had them mount a 55and rdquo; LCD TV on an articulating mount. It's easy, now, to pull it out of its cabinet and adjust the angle as needed. I have more than 800 CD's; so Experience Audio Video set me up with a media management system that can be used in any room. In the master bedroom, we added surround sound as well as built-in speakers. Even the subwoofer is built into the wall! Our game room presented a bit of a challenge in that we wanted it to function multi-purposes: a game room for the kids and a media room for us. Experience Audio Video came up with a great solution for all of us! They mounted a 42and rdquo; LCD TV in the built-in cabinets for the kids; and for movie-watching, they installed a motorized projection screen that lowers down in front of the TV, and an HD projector in the back of the room. An upgrade from stereo speakers to 7.1 THX surround sound, built into the walls, completed the room. . My wife and I were a bit concerned about whether we'd be able to figure out how to use the system. It seemed very complex! Jon from Experience Audio Video assured us that, with the right remote controls, the system would be very user friendly. So we got these super cool universal remote controls for each of the TV rooms. They're easy to use; and it makes the entire experience all that much more enjoyable. Experience Audio Video came through with everything we wanted to be able to do and more! So once the house system was complete, I had them out to my office to run some wires and hang a couple TV's in the break room and conference rooms. From beginning to end, we were very pleased with the knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy demonstrated by Jon, towards both us and our home. If I ever get stuck on how to operate any equipment, including the remote, I can call Jon and he will walk through directions on the phone or come to the house for a service call. I appreciate his flexible approach and efforts to work within existing equipment when designing a solution. Jon was highly recommended to me - and I now highly recommend him.

Jon from Experience Audio Video provided us a thorough estimate and explained what our options were for the install. We were told by another contractor that we would not able to mount speakers and a TV screen without the wires exposed due to the room set up, but John had creative solutions to make it happen. We hired Jon, and have no regrets. He was very courteous, personable, and left the house as clean as it was before he arrived. Most importantly, he did a GREAT job and stayed withing budget! We will bring Experience Audio Video back for more AV improvements to our home.

Jon first met me at the house to survey the work to be done. After a thorough tour he left and later emailed me a quote and a contract for the work. We then scheduled a date for the actual work. Jon got caught up on traffic and was a little late the first day, but called in advance to tell me why he was late and it was not an issue as I had other workers on site I had to work with as well. He started at the front of the house and worked his way through room by room. He installed five Infinity ERS 610's in a room with 5.1 surround sound, four Infinity ERS 610's as backs in a 7.1 surround room (fronts to be Band W floorstanding and center speakers). The other speakers were to be connected to a SONOS whole house audio system and included two Infinity ERS 110DT dual voice coil speakers in a hallway, and seven pairs of Infinity ERS 110ll speakers in a variety of rooms in the house as well as an outside patio. Jon was very neat (my wife appreciated this VERY Much) and used multiple drop cloths to catch the debris and insullation that fell from the ceiling. Jon was very precise in all of his cuts. I inspected every speaker and no repairs to sheetrock were required. This surprised me as the J-Boxes he was removing were right on the rafters and left him little room to cut around and still be within the area covered by the trim ring. The entire job took a day and a half. Jon is very knowlegeable, easy to work with, and takes great pride in his work. I highly recomend him and would not hesitate to use him again for any audio or video application. I honestly wish I'd met him earlier as I would have used him to do even more of the AV work I had done in the house.
