Brian and Nice did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing a set of complex electrical issues I've had for years in my backyard pool area. I am so glad to get these resolved and understood! Brian also installed an outdoor fan for me.

David arrived on time and same day. Good communication and scheduling. He explained the options well after reviewing the problem. The work was done quickly. He was very professional.

This was a tough job by anyone’s standard. ElectricMan was very responsive to my call and sent David out to the house to do the work the day after I called. They let me know when he was coming via texts and he was on time, practiced social distancing and after assessing the fan installation as well as the new switch, was able to complete the installation. The fan installation went as planned and required a larger hole for the fan unit. He cut the hole so it would be easy for the drywall to be replaced. As the old exhaust fan (circa 1989) only used four wires, he had to fish two new wires from the new fan unit to the switch so it could operate the additional controls, which was difficult to say the least, but he got it done. The new exhaust fan is operating per manufacturers spec’s and he left the house clean and in good order. What could be better. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with David and ElectricMan. I had used another big-name company for some past electrical work, but no more. I am planning on a couple of other projects for ElectricMan to do the work on and highly recommend them to anyone.

David knew just what to look for. He found the cause of the problem quickly and offered price to fix. We gave go ahead and HVAC was back up and running in 10 minutes!

Called ElectricMan and a technician (Daniel) was sent out the next day. Daniel did a great, fast job repairing three outdoor outlets and we were back up and running right away. Stellar work and service!

Absolutely perfect in every way. Let's start off by how clean these guys were. Presented with their own door mat to wipe shoes before walking even outside! Shoe coverings every single time they stepped in my house. Gloves were ready before touching any of my property. I felt like these guys were used to working in hospitals with all this attention to cleanliness! The job they did was flawless and looked amazing too. It looks like it was part of the original build of the house. Not an afterthought done by a homeowner like me. When they assessed the job as I presented it... they offered several options. A couple of the options were out of the box ideas that I hadn't thought of and made the work they did even less expensive! And it was the RIGHT WAY to do things it turned out. These guys were incredibly honest, amazingly clean, and I feel right in line with cost on the project. These are my go to guys from here on out!

He was friendly but did not have a simple breaker and had to go buy one at Lowes. Overall it tool him about an hour and I was charged almost $300.00

Dan did an amazing job. He had been to our house twice for separate issues and had done a great job each time. He goes above and beyond to make the repairs are complete and the customer is happy. What was supposed to be simple turned into a much more complicated issue. I trust him to make sure my home is safe and will have them our again to replace our breaker box soon.

HORRIBLY! This company is unaccountable and unprofessional. Their electrician showed up to tel me he had 9 other jobs that day - then proceeding to piddle around for 5.5 hours. Their electrician said he didn’t want to go in the attic because it was “too hot.” He needed to go in the attic to run new lines to hardwire the detectors. He told me it was too much to go in the craw space and that he’d have to drill and run even more wire for the doorbell. He was completely lazy, whether or not he’s a 30 year professional. He also added a Nutone device to our wall we didn’t ask for so he could lazily instal the doorbell. He also installed all the carbon detectors at the lowest point of code on the wall and tied them in to the switches - LAZY. Now we have Nest carbons detector with nightlights on the wall instead of the ceiling like our main detector was installed. BEWARE! Their electrician lied and said “it was not code to put them on the ceiling” ???? To add insult, the electrician left dirt and debris all over the house from dust to cut wires and electrical tape so we were forced to clean up after him (even having to scrub the floors). The company tried to be completely unaccountable saying they “aren’t with the tech.” Once I told them I’d complain on Angie’s List, Yelp, and file a BBB complaint they changed their tune. This is just a warning for anyone who is thinking of using them... their quote is as $200 more than it should have been for the lazy, unprofessional work we received. They left the house a mess. They do not communicate well or listen to the customer.

The technician was able to diagnose our problem and also able to fix the issues within a couple hours. Total cost seemed a bit high for the repairs performed, but most of the cost would have been going to labor and the time spent diagnosing the problems. Overall we were happy with the work done and the company itself.

TLDR: If you're in a pinch and can't find a smaller business that can get to you in time, and you're willing to pay quite a bit more, these guys will likely do a quality job. Just be sure to choose the cheapest option they present so you're only overpaying to solve the problem you have and not problems you don't have. The electrician who came out did a fine job completing the task at hand. He bears no blame for my exasperation. But as someone who knows a thing for two about electrical work, I find it absolutely infuriating the way some of these companies are asked out to do a very simple fix and come back with this elaborate tiered pricing structure, which to me, implies that if I don't select the premium tier (in my case, it was over $1000 when literally my only problem was a circuit breaker for my dryer that was half dead) then I'm not doing everything I can to protect my home. I can only imagine how people who don't understand or are afraid of electrical work must feel pressured into paying for unnecessary services. And in the end, I still paid $300 for something that should have cost $150, but I'd like to be able to do laundry. I won't likely use them again unless I'm in dire straights and need to someone out fast. They were at least out the day after I called. ETA that I did talk to the owner who explained why their pricing is what it is, and for the expediency factor, I get it. And she explained that the tiered pricing came about because people complained about them just fixing the problem and not offering additional services. I kinda can't imagine that but to each his own I guess. To me, a sensible response to that is to offer prices to fix other things that might be problematic down the line if you notice them while fixing the original issue. Or ask if they've noticed other problems. That makes much more sense to me than blindly offering expensive services that someone may not need but don't have the expertise to know whether they need them. Anyway, the owner is a very nice woman and I appreciate her transparency even if I don't agree with the sales approach. They have lots of good reviews, so maybe it's just me!
