I've been using EcoSafe for years on a quarterly schedule! It's always an enjoyable time when Tawana comes to the house for treatments 🌻 and this time she even helped me with mattress selections 😂

Tony is an absolute rockstar. He is so knowledgeable and honest about his work. I trust him and his advice 100% of the time. Equally amazing is Emma. Both of these folks are priceless additions to what EcoSafe provides for my home (and the others I’ve referred).

Eco-Safe was extremely prompt, courteous and professional. I had been hearing noises in the attic and even noticed what appeared to be insulation coming through the air ducts. It turn out it was rodents and there were several places that they were getting in from the outside! After the initial consultation, the office was polite and helpful and the employees doing the job showed such care. I recommend EcoSafe to anyone who is looking for an excellent pest control company.

We first contacted Eco Safe for treatment of ants in our kitchen. Eco Safe provided treatment and after Multiple visits the ant problem was resolved. Simultaneously, we hired Eco Safe to address rodents in our attic. While in our attic, the technician accidentally fell through the ceiling. Eco Safe immediately had a crew show up to patch the hole and had an insurance adjuster come to our home to estimate the cost of repair. The repairs have been completed but since the insurance is for depreciated rather than replacement cost, the full cost of the repair has not been paid. We have repeatedly been in contact with the GM of Eco Safe to have the remainder of the repair cost reimbursed but he has not responded. All we want is reimbursement of the full cost of the repair, based on the insurance adjuster’s estimate.

Everything went great. Matthew was punctual, pleasant and well-informed. He provided options for dealing with issues that we had. He shared that he has a degree in forestry and he and his boss actually conduct research on what works. These are committed practitioners, not simply someone off the street with chemicals in a can. Unlike the company--Certified Pest Control--with whom we've had a contract for the previous three years, Eco-Safe's office staff is also competent and responsive. Based on today's initial visit, we will definitely be using Eco-Safe on a regular basis.

Abraham was very punctual and provided outstanding customer service. I signed up to have him come back for future services. I am so glad to have a provider who uses eco-friendly products.  I highly recommend this company and Abraham as a technician.

Nathan arrived on time and was very thorough in inspecting my home.  I called because of evidence of some sort of rodent in my kitchen.  We also had issues with entry points on the exterior of the house and in the beams of my front porch.  All areas were addressed and sealed.

Abraham from Eco-Safe Pest control is very friendly, patient, and listens carefully to the customer's concerns regarding safety etc. We are very pleased with the ant treatment, which seems to have taken care of our carpenter ant problem. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

I lived in my home for over thirty years w/o bugs.  After several visitors and/or construction, I saw several roaches.  So I called an eco safe pest control company because that's how I roll.  After three follow up treatments, I still have roaches - large, medium and small - which is causing me a great deal of anxiety.  Neither the service person or service manager ever asked any details or made any recommendations.  

Update:  We figured our the bugs were coming from outside location associated with a recent plumbing leak.  Unfortunately, I think the bugs are now in my walls - gross!  So... I went non-eco with Assassin Exterminating.  After four pleas to return my call, I never heard back.
